The virtual addressee of this planning is a family with a daughter-first-grader. To reduce the upcoming repair costs and speed up the housewarming, the author of the project proposes to do with minimal interventions in the original volume and spatial solution. One of them is the attachment of the storeroom to the hallway, due to which the input group will increase visually and actually. Another refinement is the insulation of a loggia that will increase its functionality. All other premises - and auxiliary, and main - will remain in the original boundaries.

Under the living room (part-time parent office and bedroom) is supposed to take a large living room. Its method and configuration, as well as the location of windows and access to the loggia, will freely organize all the required functional zones and well-thought-out storage locations.

The first-graded daughter will give the second room, smaller. The main environment for children is supposed to be completed to order - thus, a furniture composition, which includes a sleeping place, wardrobes and mezzanine, optimally fitted into the available space. All other furniture is typical not to increase the estimation of the project.

Living room

For decorative walls indoors, it is planned to use decorative facing brick and wallpaper for painting. Another element of the wall decor is a rail, focusing the location of the folding sofa. This graphic motive will continue on the tail ceiling from GLC - as light profiles. In addition, the rails will appear on the border of the zones in the kitchen.

In residential premises and kitchen, the ceiling will be tailored from GLC, in both bathrooms and loggias - tensioning from white matte PVC film

Kitchen

The headsets are completed by the M-figurative scheme - it is considered the most ergonomic, and in addition, more than the tank. In order to further increase the capacity of the furniture composition, its upper mounted row will be high, under the very ceiling, compensating from open or glaler and closed cabinets.

Children's

The coloristic solution of the room is universally, it can live like a girl and a boy. The main emphasis is on the functionality of the situation and its location. The desktop with the supports in the form of the couch and the rack is designed by the window, a bed with storage systems - along the long wall.
