The apartment in the Moscow LCD "Krylatskaya Hills" was equipped with taste and for a long time, and a collective image of a pre-revolutionary manor house served as a prototype for her.
An intelligent couple of middle-aged (husband - a lawyer, wife - musician) wanted to equip a family nest with a landmark for many years, and therefore it was necessary to find the optimal planning solution and make housing as comfortable as possible and cozy, but not boring. Aesthetic guideline was a Victorian classic, not overloaded with stylization and connected with Russian traditions. The idea of the anflated construction of the main premises inherent in the designer, which is characteristic of the classical manor house, has been approved.
It was required to create a studio, a bedroom and an office, utility premises and storage areas, without overloading the main rooms, two bathrooms. The color palette was welcomed, but without aggressive accents.

Redevelopment
Before repairing the outline of the apartment with a free layout and three inner pylon supports, the truncated letter S, four windows corresponded to the truncated letter S, four windows corresponded. In parallel, the windows along the inner wall with the entrance door were located a series of "auxiliary" premises: the right of the hallway - the guest bathroom, the left - the walk-in dressing room, behind her tambour with the entrances to the warehouse and the bathroom. In the corner of the sleep room, a small additional storage compartment was also created. Partitions between the cabinet and residential rooms were built with pockets - niches for built-in wardrobes. A similar admission was used to arrange a walkway and tambour, as well as kitchens with a niche for the working area.
Repairs
Since the apartment is located in a new building and sold without decoration, I had to fill the screed. New partitions were erected from dryloblocks, the ceilings were leveled by plasterboard, plastic windows changed to new ones - with frames from wood, windowsill ordered from marble. Replaced the radiators by setting screens on them. Plinths were chosen from painted MDF, eaves from polyurethane.
Each bathroom was placed on the water heater. The floors in the hallway and the corridor, the bathrooms and the balcony were tiled with ceramic tiles, in residential premises and a dressing room - a massive oak board. In three rooms - living room, office and bedroom - installed air conditioners, the outer unit is located next to the balcony.
The kitchen composition is decorated in the most neutral vein, without attracting the attention of contrasts, so that this part of the interior was convenient and only served as a background for recreation and communication zone
The balcony decided not to inspire and use as a kind of summer living room. The door to it was made double, to the floor, removing the bottomroom block.

The color palette of the walls is diverse. Juicy cranberry-red sets the emotional, charging note in the hallway. In the studio and bedroom the walls are painted into neutral gray - to collect all zones in solid space and combine numerous accessories and furniture in different styles (both modern and neutral stylistics things and the corresponding Victorian era). In addition, this color "expands" borders. "Intermediate" room - Cabinet - solved in blue and greenish tones.
In the bedroom, as in the office, there are no fixtures built into the ceilings, but many local light sources besides chandeliers: sconce, table lamp, floor lamp. The quiet and cool gamma dominates, contrasting textile edging, black bridges make graphic harmony.
The interiors are light: two windows in the studio, the light of which penetrates the hallway, the double French window in the office creates excellent insolation. Built-in cabinet furniture made according to the designer sketches, inscribed in a niche flush with the walls and leaves space for sunlight and movement. Cabinets-showcases and mirrors enhance the effect of transparency and lightness.
Difficult things in the studio combined into a complex organized polyphonic ensemble thanks to coloring and contrasts between minimalist and finely trained elements.

High-quality circulation graphics (mainly lithography) has become a decent decoration of all major interiors. It is noteworthy that their wrestle was planned in advance, because the picture or poster is able to change both the nature of the room and its proportions, optically increase the volume. Especially if there are many of them, as here: for example, in the office there are seven graphic works.
Different points of perception were taken into account: so, with a spectacular completion, antfed in the bedroom became a landscape above the headboard, which is well visible from the opposite end of the axis. Over the piano, I wanted to see a picture in a more restrained range - it became a black and white poster with an almost abstract image.

This apartment owners were equipped for long-term living together (an adult daughter works and lives abroad), so it was very important to create an derived structure, to provide for the planning, convenient for both. Customers took an active and excavar participation in the discussion of the project and its details, realizing how important the last. They already had a collection of works of art, which we completed in the process of arrangement. Non-standard individual selection concerned many nuances, and not only ornamental. So, the floors in the rooms and the dressing room are lined with an oak massive board under the oil - the latter is less practical than the varnish, but it all depends on the specific owners: in this case, the owners are very neat, and touching the tree under the butter is much more pleasant.
