Both spouses represented an apartment as a place to relax. It was to create a living-dining room, a kitchen, connected with the first wide discovery, which can be covered with doors, a separate bedroom, save a separate layout of the bathroom. It was required a lot of storage places. In the decor, preference was given to the modern interpretation of the classical theme and gray color.
Clear rhythm and straight corners in the layout and large details of the finish are adjacent to the soft rounded outlines of furniture and lamps, reporting the interiors of the comfort and a pleasant balance.

Redevelopment
The form of the external outlines of the apartment is close to the rectangle, one of the corners of which is strongly rounded, and from the other end the volumes have small protrusions. The planning from the developer as a whole was preserved.

Repairs
The apartment was tied, the walls were plastered and painted, the ceilings were partially plastered, partially weathered with plasterboard. The window sills were made from acrylic stone, the floors in the bedroom and the living room were told by an oak parquet board, in the rest of the premises - ceramic tiles for marble from one collection. In the bedroom and living room installed air conditioning.

Design
In the peaceful, fulfilled at the cool tones of the situation (the main shades of the palette - light gray, white, blue and blue) I want to breathe deeply and leisurely enjoy the silence. Designer, despite the low ceilings (after repair, their height is 2.75-2.8 m), it was possible to withstand the "wide step" in the layout and elegantly designate the classic theme with pie details.
The bedroom got three windows, who made her main decoration and cried the overall scale, their rhythm was emphasized by strict cloth curtains
In the bedroom to the main cool palette, beige and sandy shades, giving warmth, were added to the main cooler palette.
Freedom of Movement
This apartment seems that the movement of time slows down, and the space is fluently expanding in different directions. The lung breath of this interior is associated with thoughtful comfort: the abundance of light and air is due to a large planning. So, between the hallway and the kitchen-dining room left outdoor open, let the sun in the apartment until the entrance door. The living room is reported to the hallway with a double-drying door (width of each panel - 0.6 m), and with kitchen - sliding suspended partitions, which are removed into the built-in cases. Thanks to this, the interior of the reception zone can be circumvented in a circle that in a small apartment provides not only convenience, but also creates a feeling of space. Storage furniture is located along the far from the windows of the wall in the hallway and the bedroom: the cabinets reach the cornice under the ceiling, and behind their mirror doors, optically double the space, the most of the things are hidden.

Work on the project went easy. From the very beginning, they decided that a bedroom would be located more in size, and a smaller square was distinguished for the living room, but they made it spacious due to two bivalve doors and the minimum number of furniture. The kitchen is relatively small and is located along one wall, but it has everything you need for cooking. The washing machine was placed in the bathroom, there are shelves for storage of household accessories. The water-heating boiler of the accumulative type was hidden behind the doors above the toilet, and access to water communications. The balcony did not warm up, only completed the finish: it serves mainly for economic purposes.
