1 Country House of Plywood

This small and budget, but very solid house owners of the country area in Golitsyno made with their own hands for a small daughter. The building was erected by non-professional builders, but amateurs, but it came out stylish and very durable: for the second year it costs this mini-house as new.

Maximum budget materials were used for construction - the total cost of the structure, including the decor, was about 35-40 thousand rubles. All wooden elements of the house are pre-impregnated with special solutions to protect against moisture and rotting.

As the foundation of this house, the base from the 10x10 cm timber was used, for the floor they chose the phaneer with a thickness of 18 mm. At the same time, the foundation was lifted above the ground on the foam blocks, since the spring, the countryside sometimes hits. We note, foam blocks are not just standing on Earth, and the discharges in it are additionally cemented.

The framework of the walls was performed from a bar of 5x10 cm and 5x5 cm. Outside the house was trimmed with plywood 18 mm thick. The base of the roof also served a 5x5 cm timber, it was sheathered by boards 1.5x10 cm. For the roof, the creators of the mini-house chose Ondulin (he - euroshorter), since this material is one of the most budgetary, and it also turned out to be very simple and fast in the installation. The windows and the door for the structure have acquired in a conventional construction store.

Initially, the house was conceived exactly as a summer place for games and rest at the cottage, so it was not insteading. From the inside the ceiling was trimmed by plywood, inside the house was painted safe for children paint. Outside, the mini-residence was colored eco-paint, resistant to external natural impacts.
