2 Build a window frame

Then they are inserted inside the PVC profile and are fixed. The billets are obtained, from which window boxes will be collected. To obtain joints, their edges are cut off at an angle of 45 degrees.
For connecting four profiles in the frame requires welding. It is automatically produced on a special device. The worker places profiles, and the device welds them immediately in four places. 3 Production of glass windows
The glass pack is a translucent design collected from two or more glass plates. For fastening glass sheets, the spacer is used - a special frame of plastic or aluminum. The process of manufacturing the glass package begins with cutting glass. Under production, the operation is performed automatically. The large plate of the material is placed on the table and is lubricated with a special makeup to relieve slip.
Automatic glass cutter brings the cut line according to the individual plan for each sheet. Then the worker separates the resulting fragments and sets them on special stands. Next, the glass is clean, so that the dirt does not get inside the package, after which it is carefully dried and fed to the assembly line. Spacers are first prepared here. They fall asleep silicate gel, which prevents the appearance of condensate between the glasses.
