1 simple way
The easiest and fast option to create a pouf of plastic bottles, which will be able to repeat even a person far from needlework, looks like this:

- Collect the desired number of bottles (their number depends on what sizes of the pencil you want to ultimately get).
- Tightly and gently attach plastic bottles to each other on a flat surface, winding with scotch every new circle.
- From the bottom side and the seats of the future POPIC attach the rigid base from several layers of cardboard or other dense material (to increase the reliability of the design and avoid the feeling that you are sitting on bottles).
- From all sides, you turn your pouf foam rubber (or any other soft material), securely lock the layer (threads, scotching or furniture stapler).
- Clean the pouf durable and dense cloth.
2 pouf with enhanced design
If you doubt that the base of plastic bottles will be quite reliable, and you want to strengthen the design of the homemade puff, we propose to make it an improved version.

In this version, each plastic bottle before becoming part of the pouf is inserted "upside down" to another (with a pre-sliced neck) - and thus the entire design is twice as reliable. Bonus: Using this way you can make your father-in-law not only the most thorough, but also a little higher.
3 pouf with plywood seat
The author of this design solution decided to strengthen the strength of its PUPPIC, using plywood sheets as a material for the seat and the bottom. Excellent idea: the base will be even stronger, and the pouf will last much longer.4 pouf with removable case
To simplify care of the homemade puff of plastic bottles, it is best to provide a removable cover: it may be on zipper, buttons, buttons or textile velcro fasteners.
