The transformation of the loggia into a part of the residential space requires complex coordination and expensive work. It is much easier to leave this room insulated and use as a summer veranda. Let's talk about choosing cold glazing for the loggia.

The main advantage of frameless glazing is an elegant design, a panoramic view of the surrounding area and the ability to fully release the opening, shifting all the flaps to one of the walls. The glazing of the loggia with a removal (increasing the width of the windows in the side of the street) is prohibited by architectural supervision and housing authorities, but the window firms continue to offer it. Do not do this "upgrade", since in the future it threatens you with significant fines and financial losses associated with the replacement of glazing.
