This apartment in Chelyabinsk was not intended for permanent residence, so any experiments with the design were welcomed. The author of the project proposed a very original decision, connecting together neoclassic, ar-deco, aesthetics of the loft and brutalism and taking deep dark colors as the basis.

A married couple turned to the architect-designer for professional help - it was required to develop a design project of a two-level apartment with a total area of 157 m2. It is noteworthy that customers asked Tatyana Zaglavupov to pay maximum attention not to functionality, and the design - housing was not intended for permanent residence. At the same time, despite mature age, the spouses were opened with modern solutions and original stylistic mixes.

Two-level housing is two volumes free from partitions, except on the second floor there is a large room, limited by capital walls. Considering such a favorable initial situation and wishes of the hosts, the author of the design project gives almost the entire first level to the representative space, equipping the area of more than 60 m2 of the living room, dining room area and kitchen. (A minor part of the metrah is used to organize an entrance hall and bathroom.)
At the same time, in order to emphasize the scale of the general purpose, the architect-designer almost does not resort to the help of the walls. Zoning questions are solved by the placement of furniture. The only partition is erected in the kitchen area - it allows you to place the headset on the M-figurative scheme, and in addition, lay the pipes and removal of water.
Bedroom
On the second floor they also cost a small number of walls. In the initially separated room, we will design the bathroom, next to it - an economic unit. The remaining volume is divided between two almost equivalent on the bedrooms area - master and guest - and necessary for the planning hall planning.
To avoid bulky furniture, the partition between private rooms make a broken. Due to this, each bedroom appears on an additional niche of 4 m2. These volumes are used to organize the wardrobe.

As for the aesthetic component, the author of the project offers customers an elegant and simultaneous bold mix of several diverse styles. So, along with the neoclassical component, stated in the interior, through the materials of the finish and decor (parquet board, stucco decorations, lamps, doors), elements of the loft and the brutalism (wall and ceiling under concrete, massive boards, etc. are involved in the design of a two-level apartment. P.). In small quantities here are separate items in the Art Deco style (console, bedside tube).
The binding link between such contradictory aesthetic elements becomes the bold colorful palette. At the first level, its base is the deep shades of gray and black, to which the color of the natural tree is "mixed" in a slight amount of "mixed". The second, private, floor is significantly lighter. In the bedrooms, the achromatic tones are inferior to the position of malachite color, well, and in the bathroom they generally become barely tangible.
The editors warns that in accordance with the Housing Code of the Russian Federation, the coordination of the conducted reorganization and redevelopment is required.
