Cuisine in Studios: Original interior with brutal character

This kitchen is part of the studio apartment, its work area adjoins a stepped partition and ends with a peninsula with a rounded table. At the heart of the design - harsh loftpovy aesthetics, filed with an interesting angle.

The appearance of the kitchen determined the features of the apartment engineering solutions and the designer studio concept. Communications (Ventkanal and sewer riser) beat as a column. It serves as a support for the round table and completes the dynamic diagonal of the working area. The partition fragment is decorated as a window with colored glasses. Air conditioning is built into the wired composition of the working modules. The facades of the lower cabinets are covered with metal panels, the harsh "male" style is supported by a chain and other parts with a metal grid.

The apartment is located in a house recognized as an object of cultural heritage, a brick "Stalinky", built in 1937-1938. According to the project of architect A. A. Yakovlev, the historical context in it was set by the walls, their expressive masonry, which suggested a lofov aesthetics with elements of Promdizain and Techno. At the request of the Studio owner, the studio unites the kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom and hallway. On the ceilings, the trim is complemented by decorative beams, a metal grid. Metal tubes with fittings serve as part of the lamps performed by individual order, and elements of a non-standard decor. The end part of the column is covered with black plastic, the metal sheet is hidden inside - you can write with chalk markers on the board, fix magnets to it. The cylindrical extractor has a remote control and reminds of luxury car.
