Kitchen-dining room interior: Round table as chief accent

This vintage round table is not just a cuisine center, he is the center of the entire apartment. The kitchen is planned in the middle of the living space, it is a passing area, which made the task of its design super-handed.

The eclectic interior provided the opportunity to play bright colors and interesting textures. Wine kitchen, an apron of a cafe-beige shade, the walls of the hallway, which are perfectly visible from the kitchen, - in a blue-blue wide strip. The facades of kitchen cabinets deliberately made closed so that the kitchen-dining room does not look fractional, but was perceived wholely, with uniform fronts. It is important because the zone is open in the living room, which also overlook two bedrooms.

The authors of the project tried to hide household appliances and focus on the functions of the dining area: the partition separating this room from the hallway is stylized under the buffet, a solid table in a classic style was selected, chairs are deliberately constitute. The elegant chandelier is also functional: there are no textile elements - it is easy to wash it.

In this apartment there is a family with a schoolboy's son, so we tried to use wear-resistant materials: ceramic tiles (which is not only posted apron, but also the corners of the kitchen), resistant to different exposure to paint. In the hallway, which is visible from the kitchen, used Ultrawood wall panels and porcelain stonewares (on the floor). The strip is not a wallpaper, but the paint Little Greene caused by a roller with a width of 20 cm. Eaves in a neoclassical style - from polyurethane foam ("Europlast"). Paul in the kitchen - from the oak board. Using this material, we sought to emphasize the stylistic unity of the kitchen-dining room and the living room. In addition, she did not want to "be gripped" and "cut" the already small room, applying the tile, then the board.
