Profile combination is carried out in factory conditions on special equipment. At first, the profile is treated with a primer, then hot glue and "roll" on the roller machine decorative film. The technology provides high adhesive strength and its resistance to atmospheric influences.
With the help of stick, you simulate a variety of wood species, and not only the color and pattern of fibers (texture), but also natural roughness (texture) of the material is reproduced. You can purchase a plastic window that in appearance will be almost indistinguishable from the oak, tick, rosewood or walnut. In addition, imitation of painted wooden windows are available - monophonic colored, but possessing the texture of a tree.

Metal decorations
By ordering a window from the castled or painted profiles, it is very important to correctly pick up visible parts of the accessories - loops and handles. These elements are performed from brass, steel and aluminum alloys, and for their appearance I answer plastic decorative lining or a multilayer protective-decorative coating, which is applied by an electrolytic method or using thermopoccal.
Leading companies are able to offer loops and pens at least eight colors. The most popular of them (in addition to the classic white) - "Gold", "Silver", "Chrome" and "Coffee". Traditionally, it is believed that golden products are harmonized with a tree of saturated tones (walnut, Tik, Merbau), silver - with light (beech, ash), and a matte chrome - with dark (rosewood). However, harsh canons do not exist here, and much depends on the specific design solution for the design of the window opera and the interior as a whole.

Designing windows from a cast or painted profile, you need to consider several important points. First, PVC has an extension property with increasing temperature. Plastic decorated from the street is heated stronger, and therefore more pronounced deformation. Some dimensional limitations are associated with this: if the limit width or height of the classic white window is 4 meters, then for color design, the maximum allowable dimensions are about one and a half times less - 2.5 meters. True, this does not mean that you will not be able to collect 10- or 20-meter stained glass from the colonized profile. Such an opportunity is, it will simply be a design that will be not monolithic, but made of separate blocks interconnected by a special profile - the so-called compensator.
Second feature: More powerful steel reinforcement is used to enhance color windows. The thickness of the metal profile inside the frame and the sash should be at least 1.5 mm (against 1.2 mm in white structures). This is clearly spelled out in GOST. Our company for white windows applies a 1.5 mm profile, and for most painted and combined - 2-2.5 mm. Some types of reinforcement (in particular, fiberoloconne) are not on the Russian market, and we export these materials from Germany.
But in terms of operation, white and colored windows are absolutely identical - they are equally well clean and cleaned with the same means. The main thing is that household chemicals do not contain acetone dissolving PVC and can cause irreparable damage to the profile surface. It is better to use the usual soap solution, even if for this you have to spend on cleaning for five minutes more time.
