The head of the family is a man of a creative profession (architect and designer), so it was necessary to provide a workshop for him.

Also in a small area it was necessary to place a large number of functional zones: office, nursery, bedroom, living room, kitchen, dining room and dressing room. The main tasks set in front of the author of the project: to make an apartment simple and sociable, as well as minimize the decor in favor of functionality and practicality.

Redevelopment

To solve the tasks, there was a simple redevelopment: new partitions for zoning were erected. In each room, except the bathrooms, two inputs were made, so that all spaces can be both passing and isolated. This made it possible to provide convenient logistics between different zones.

At the right hand, the dressing room found his place from the entrance to the apartment. The dining area was planned in the kitchen. The space kitchen-dining room was connected to the opening room with a living room. The cabinet was placed in the most illuminated place - the window is larger in the area of the room. From here you can quickly get into the bedroom using an additionally organized input.

It will contribute to this and flooring from a plug, which is characterized by a high sound absorption and environmental coefficient. Old window sills replaced wide, made of artificial stone. They can be used as a table top for a laptop.

One of the walls in the Cabinet area was covered with paint for school boards. On such a surface you can write and draw shames. The lighting is thought out in such a way as to create a uniform illumination of all zones around the perimeter of the room. Main luminaires and hidden drunken LED tapes are predominantly used. Thus, the lighting is obtained by a soft and volumetric, visually expanding space. Designer lighting, completely LED. The author of the design of all wall and ceiling lamps Denis Petrov.
