Project feature: The apartment uses modern American-style furniture and one for all rooms painting walls beige color combined with a classic overhead decor: in the form of profile platforms, eaves, plinths, as well as doors.
This time you will get acquainted with the project of the finalists of the Competition "Interior of the apartment in a new building", organized by the online project PINWIN with the support of the "IVD". All participants received the same technical task: to develop the layout and design of the interior of the three-bedroom apartment of the conditionally free planning, an area of 110.7 m2. In the center of the apartment is the only carrier design - pylon. The height of the ceilings (on the draft floor) - 3.1 m. Estimated apartment owners - an adult married couple without children. It was necessary to provide a living room, a kitchen-dining room, master and guest bedrooms, a bathroom and a guest bathroom, an additional room or zones (storage room, a wardrobe, wardrobe, hall, corridor).

One of the conditions of the competition is to develop stylistics that can be designated as a "calm modern classic". That is, the abundance of excessively expressive decorative elements (complex stucco, bas-reliefs, columns, etc.) was not welcomed, as well as "sterile" solutions. The color gamut is calm, natural, mostly bright. Finishing materials - any, in reasonable price segments.
It is assumed that adult children who live separately from their parents often come to visit and stay at night. This fact played a role in the distribution of the room functional, as it will take an additional guest bedroom. The existing space of a three-bedroom apartment and the absence of bearing walls will allow you to plan a public zone with flexible passages.
So, the kitchen and living room have their own inlets from the hall and the corridor, and are also combined with a wide discovery with sliding doors that will help you save the rooms from the smells of cooking. The entrance to the guest bathroom will be transferred to the hallway by making the input zone autonomous from the rest of the apartment. But it is worth noting the loss of residential space due to the large number of passing zones.

The layout of the room is subordinate to symmetry. The location of the sofa in the center of the room is also dictated by the fact that through the open doors of the kitchen will be conveniently watching TV. The interior is well traced in the connection between modern and classic: sofa, carpet, tables on the one hand and on the other - the invoice of the decor, which are decorated with the purses, window plates, eaves, cabinets. This allows you to get away from the standard classic reading.
KITCHEN

All three walls are busy doors, so it is decided to use the canvas with glass inserts to improve the insolation of the zones and give the room with an airiness and visual connection with other rooms. The width of the kitchen allows you to put the oval table and the stools that endure it with high backs.

A common beige gamma apartment for the whole apartment is replaced by the complex color of sea water, which contributes to the interior of the atmosphere of relaxation. The bed is placed in a niche framed by a white platband, which shares two drawings on the wallpaper.

The opening between two zones is formed by a pylon and a built-in partition. Like the proof in other rooms, it will be framed by wooden platbands and bad peers. Walls are separated by large format tiles with marble texture. It is worth noting the attractive attention to the accent - panel on the wall: molded handmade tile, stylized under the Russian modern.
