It is possible to turn the type of fire in the art object using tiles. Like each product, made by hand, the tiles demand from their creators of patience and a considerable amount of time.
A few masters work on the "ceramic pictures": first the artist draws a sketch of the future tie, then the sculptor sculpts the relief, after which the model makes a gypsum form in which the shammal clay, which makes it possible to reproduce the relief and the geometry of tiles as accurately as possible.
Before firing, the products are placed in a special dryer to ensure their uniform drying. They burn tiles in an electric furnace, after which they acquire strength, hardness and durability. As a result of the first firing, a dumpless tile is obtained, not decorated and not covered with icing. The master-cutter processes the edges of the tiles, and then the stage of decoration occurs. Just at this stage and are born truly unique products, each of which is unique.
The decor of the tapes can be diverse. So, products can resemble a watercolor picture with a barely noticeable game shades or present a complex composition made using various techniques. The glazing effect is used to create a surface texture. So testers are born with a strongly speaker decor (burners) or protruding slightly (bas-reliefs).
The design of the tiles is usually selected by the catalog or is developed individually. According to experts, specialists are specially popular fireplaces, decorated with tiles in the style of Russian fairy tales.
As for the technology of installation of tiles, if the furnaces and fireplaces should be facing a specialist at the facility, the process of finishing the furnace is quite simple, and any homemade crafts can cope with it. Facing is composed of finished modules composed of separate tiles, which are placed on an external metal frame furnace. They can only be connected to each other. As soon as the tiles mounted, the furnace can be used immediately. We recommend to perform ceramic facing not only fireboxes, but also chimney. As a result, the standard ceramic chimney will acquire an exclusive appearance. I note that the tiles are not afraid of negative temperatures, since the heat-resistant sealant, perfectly withstanding compression and expansion of the material, are fixed on the rigid metal frame.
