Cleaning methods

The prevailing majority of models can work in two modes. Exceptions are found, for example, among island devices, "soaring" the design of which does not provide for the supply of air ducts

1. Recycling. The main advantage is simple installation, there is no need to lay air ducts. In the recirculation mode, the extractoring by means of a fan takes the evaporation from the cooking surface, directs them into filters, and clean air enters the room. However, its cleaning is less efficient than when weaning, and the filters require frequent replacement. Consider if you decide to use only recycling in the two-mode model, then it is hardly able to choose the air removal mode. After all, for this purpose, the air ducts must be mounted, which is very problematic when the kitchen set is already installed.
2. Remove. Help, working in the removal mode, also takes the air to the fan, conducts it through filters, after which the air ducts system directs outside the room - in a ventilation mine or outside. Air ducts are better to mount at the repair stage by selecting the shortest path, with a minimum amount of bends. You can hide the air ducts in the box under the ceiling or lay the road behind the kitchen cabinets. The main problem when driving air - in most apartment buildings, it is not possible to apply such a mode. The fact is that the ventilation channel (mainly in old buildings) is usually intended for natural ventilation. Its bandwidth is about 140 m³ / h. The extract will forcibly send 200-700 m³ / h. A channel, not designed for such a stream, with difficulty will take it, which will cause an inefficient work of the drawing, and most importantly - will lead to a violation of natural ventilation in your and neighboring apartments. If you still have chosen this option, it is desirable to purchase a device of low power, and to put the check valve with the air outflow function when the exhaust is turned off. Cut the "Window" in the capital wall for the removal of air to the street - also not the best way. First, it will take coordination with the hillose, and secondly, you will spoil the life of the neighbors, because the flow of smells will go directly under their windows.
