Project feature: One bedroom apartment is converted into space with two bedrooms, a single living room and kitchen and a large wardrobe.

The project is designed for a couple with two children (1 year and 6 years). In the decoration used a variety of decorative solutions and bold combinations of materials that give the interior originality.
Thanks to the decrease in the bedroom area and transfer the input loop to another wall, it will be possible to equip a small living room, combining it with the kitchen, in which the working and dining area will be highlighted. By reducing the kitchen area by 4.8 m², the project author plans to organize a fairly spacious dressing room.
Guest bathroom at the entrance will expand at the expense of the corridor - such a solution will allow integrating the shower, angular toilet and compact sink. As a result, another full-fledged bathroom will appear in the apartment. For the nursery, it is proposed to take away the largest room in the area and conditionally (with the help of a Swedish wall and the pavement of the cabinet) to divide it into two zones. In the first, they will arrange a bedroom with two sofas, one of which will be a spare (for the well-in-brewing grandparents, a grudging second child). The second part of the room is equipped with a game and build a storage system, and here it is also envisaged for a kid's bed.

To give the interior of the apartment a somewhat negligence, the surface of concrete walls in the hallway, the living room and the bathrooms are supposed to be fragmentary, and then covered with primer and varnish. Part of the walls lick tile under the brick. The ceilings in all rooms, with the exception of the bathrooms, serve as drywall and separate the decorative plaster imitating concrete. Sigor concrete and brick surfaces will soften the murals with paintings of the walls, photophannel, openwork panel of metal with backlight, elegant kitchen apron made of glass with photo printing, as well as a curly headboard. A variety of decorative solutions are led by a neutral gray-beige gamma with an impact of bright accents and black details. Unifying elements of all rooms will be wide polyurethane eaves with relief and high plinths (300 mm).
Living room
The living room zone form a sofa with an upholstery of flax color and a storage system around the TV: it consists of several elements made from one material (array of wood) according to the author's sketches of the project, with geometric inclusions with bright accents. Openwork panel of matte steel with LED backlight will highlight a sofa group in a representative room space.Kitchen
The outdoor tile track will cause the work part of the kitchen from the dining room and the living room. A table with apparent fragile will fit into the compact dining area, but at the same time a sturdy metal support and lung chairs. Walls painted in bright shades, visually increase the size of the room, and the high doors from the black glass optically raise the ceiling.

The wall, combining the bedroom and the game, is proposed to arrange a brick with decorative trees silhouettes and hidden LED backlight. The gaming zone will complement the multifunctional storage system with a niche in the central part where the puffs will turn along. "Distributed" shades of marsh and mustard combined with yellow-orange will remain relevant in a few years when children will grow up.
Children will turn into a cozy and cheerful oasis for games, sports and leisure, where it is organically fitted photoconducting with a cheerful flying cow
Bedroom
In the parents' room, the classic elements are a figured headboard surrounded by frescoes, the chest of facades, the "seduced bug", wide polyurethane eaves - will be combined with technological lamps, "dilapidated" brick masonry and "concrete" ceiling. On the one hand, it will help to create an atmosphere of the loft, and on the other hand, they will give the facilities.Guest bathroom
The design of the room is proposed to be built on the combination of "loft" gray and classic light beige surfaces with white super-modern
plumbing.
Bathroom
The room is solved on the contrast of stylish gray-black tones and warm surfaces imitating the tree (installation box and the bath screen lick tile under the tree). The mirror that will take a niche from the shelter to the ceiling will expand the space, neutralizing the property of dark surfaces to worsen lighting.
