We first apply to redevelopment of two and three-bedroom apartments in the MES-84 series houses developed by the Mosenergostroy company in several modifications: MES-84-2001 and -2001k. The original conditions of the apartments are quite favorable: spacious kitchens, halls and isolated rooms, the availability of wide loggias or balconies in each apartment, triple glazing of double-glazed windows, increased thermal insulation of external walls.

By planning, this series is very similar to other typical series of houses. Bearing outer walls are elevated from three-layer panels with insulation of expanded polystyrene. From the reinforced concrete, internal bearing walls with a thickness of 180 and 140 mm (without insulation) and non-precipitating partitions with a thickness of 80 mm are made. Overlap - large-sized continuous reinforced concrete plates.
