The recreation area in the studio is cozy and separated from the dining room by low volumetric partitions. Inside each of them provides storage locations.An open rack to the ceiling indicates the border between the dining room and the approach to the private rooms. The classic decor of the panel doors, partitions and cabinet furniture gave home a sense of self-esteem.The solar combination of bright yellow and white in a children's bathroom picked up with drawings on a tile. The baby decor even the economic compartment looks elegant.
The bathroom is finished more restrained and modern than residential and front rooms. The prestole-dresser under the sink is based on two high metal legs and has hidden fasteners to the wall. The stubborn color gamut compensates for the texture of the wall tile, imitating natural stone, patched texture outdoor, veneer in the finish of the podstol, switches and sockets.

Optical kitchen
The kitchen is installed on the podium height 12cm. Its appearance is due to the transfer of the working area and the need to hide the water pipes (the decision was coordinated in the relevant instances). The closure major part of the interior, the kitchen makes a kind of theatrical "back". On the sides, the work area is framed by two cabinet columns (in one embedded oven and microwave, in another - refrigerator). The kitchen is crowned high profiled eaves. The cooking place from the dining room separates the "peninsula" with the built-in stove of induction type and washing. Its countertop, like a cutting and "apron", is made of polished granite. Over the cooking surface, under the ceiling, a wardrobe-showcase with built-in hood is fixed. From the side of the dining room "Peninsula" serves as a bar counter. In addition to the direct utilitarian function, it performs another - hides the cooking process from the eye, leaving the decorative elements.

The principle of axial symmetry that gives the interiors to elegacity and some solemnity is subordinate to the composition of the living room and a cabinet in the bedroom of parents. Corresponding to him and protrusions of partitions between the premises, they also allow you to gently integrate the cabinets and other furniture. Extrusion Two stands - "Peninsula" limit the recreation area without disturbing the overall openness of the space. In height, they are the same as the lower section of the shelving - "scenes" near the dining room, their walls are decorated with panels and painted in white, as well as in other cabinet furniture, which creates an impression of wholeness. The stacking racks width 80cm reaches the ceiling. The upper pieces of them are through, bottom - closed. They are located the cabinet area with a written table with a width of only 1.2m.
However, the architecture of the apartment created problems for the embodiment of such ideas. By the whim of the developer with its contours, it resembles a hatch. In addition, there are only four windows in it, therefore, despite the free layout, a significant part of the space is too remote from natural light. Supporting the position of the only carrier wall and allocated under the sanuses of the zones, the main problem was to be in addition to the three bedrooms (parent and two children) to find a place for the studio, while maintaining a classic approach to the composition.
Baby, in which there is nothing superfluous
Each of the two rooms of sons simultaneously performs the functions of the bedroom, resting and occupation. Therefore, in order not to clutter the space with superfluous volumetric subjects, the designers picked up an interesting transforming furniture. Includes junior boys put a long writing desk for two, which is easily turning into bed - for this it is enough to pull for a special lever. Aved room of elder - a sofa, which makes up a general composition with a rack over its back and folded into a full-fledged bed. Both rooms equipped large built-in cabinets to the ceiling, each occupies the entire width of the wall in the depths of the room. Unbroken sections cover the swollen blinds, painted white. It gave bulk objects of furniture and interiors in general airiness. Incase of younger sons One section is left open. Its rear wall, like the plinth and a little simple, near the door, painted in a dense-blue color, which was a beautiful contrast with a beige-brown and white gamut of wall and floor finish.
The embodied planning solution looks optimal. The main trajectory of the movement runs through the front half; From the entrance to the apartment to the door in front of it in front of it in the bathroom, there are no other doors on this path. Perpendicular to it is another "Promenade", providing access to bedrooms, dressing room and bathroom. At the same time, the corridors are absent as such in the apartment (not counting the small segment in front of the bedroom), the space for movement and zoning is provided by the placement of furniture. Immediately for the hallway, where a regular wardrobe is hidden behind the strict facades - for drying the outerwear and shoes (children spend a lot of time in the fresh air), there is a studio decorated in classic canons. Its composite axis is perpendicular to the hallway. The kitchen on the podium with an adjacent bar with a bar counter (this obstacle allows you to leave the kitchen prose, and save the front mood in the reception area), the dining room with a large oval table and a living room with a soft sofa and a seating area. The passage to the master bedroom is decorated on the principle of Anfiladers: the corridor preceding its corridor and the entrance door are on the same axis, the classic frame of the openings and walls is even expressive to this "passing" of the apartment. Thanks to the elaboration of such nuances, the overall impression of respectability is formed.

Plan before repairing the apartment is located in a monolithic concrete house-new building. We were tasked: find a compromise solution, taking into account the wishes of both spouses - in such a way we have developed a design. Therefore, in the interior you can find the signs of various stylistic directions: the bathroom and the dining room group look modern and concisely, and the kitchen and elements of the decor from the tree in the studio are more "classic". The same can be said about the hallway, in which cabinets with fillety facades are located along one wall, and on the ceiling - caissons in the frame of profiled eaves with built-in luminaires.
The plan after repairing the floor in most rooms is covered with a massive oak board, it is in the tone of wooden window sills and surfaces of the Tumb-partitions. The private bathroom behind the partition is made a watertic compartment with a water heater and a washing machine.
