The main function of this coating is protective: PVC polymethyl methacrylate and less exposed to sunlight. Therefore, the acrylic layer is applied to the outer side of the profiles (exposing all surfaces today is technically impossible). Hospital, acrylic coating profiles are still producing only abroad, so in our country they are still quite rare and roads. The cost of the window with such a coating increases by more than 1.5 times.
Water-dispersion varnishes and paints for PVC (They are released on polyurethane, acrylic and PVC-based), according to the statements of the televisions of these materials, allow you to change the color even the finished and already installed window. True, the coverage data is poorly tolerated and easy to scratch them. However, there is hope that in the near future, consumers will receive more persistent compositions. These products are anodized or covered with powder paint. However, such systems have passed tests only in a relatively soft European climate. It is not known whether the metal fasteners will withstand a significant temperature difference characteristic of Central Russia.
