Plan before repair

Friendly modern atmosphere, causing associations with spring forest and a garden, convenient layout, which allowed to increase the number of rooms ... The apartment has become an embodiment of the dream of a discerning hostess.

Under the shadow of the branches

The owner of the apartment Valentina is a modern business woman, mobile and energetic. It spends a lot of time in foreign trips. Upon returning to the capital, she would like to maintain a sense of presence in the native of nature in his native nest. Therefore, the principal requirements for it were an abundance of light and open space. Located on one of the upper floors of the new residential complex, a two-bedroom apartment with three windows and a small segment of the carrier wall between two of them in the interior was to accommodate a lot of rooms. In addition to the spacious living room, dining room and kitchen (these three zones were supposed to merge into the studio), the hallway and the bathroom required two separate bedroom owners and guests, and for storage, the business room and dressing room.

Vegetable theme

Images of wood and flower in various zones of apartments form a single storyline. So, against the background of a glass partition, there are three transparent floor vases with "branches of Sakura", acquired by the hostess. The bits of the LCD TV flanked with two vertical panels from large-format porcelain tiles with the image of trees. Silhouettes of trunks and branches on the photo wallpaper in the dining area are surprisingly harmoniously combined with a dining group. The mistress of the hostess is one wall is covered with wallpaper with a pattern in the form of leaves, on top of which liquefied light cheese. Overcomes of plant motifs are present in the decor tiles in the bathroom. Corresponding to this plot and lamps: a large chandelier under the ceiling of the living room reminds the inflorescence, in the guest bedroom from the ceiling, a cascade of petals-suspension cascade, and in the master's plaffers, chandeliers and sconces are similar to bring-down buds ...

The images of flowers and plants brought a beautiful plot and a feeling of natural harmony of the interior structure proposed by Lyudmila in the interior of this apartment, turned out to be rational and aesthetic. Orthogonal lines dominate zip. The spacious studio seems even more thanks to the neighborhood with the hallway: the partition is mounted between the living room and the inlet zone (this is functionally justified), made of transparent glass. Doors of non-standard height (2.4 m) create a feeling of greater space. Each bedroom has a separate window, and the cubic volume of the guest room is placed in front of the kitchen. Installing both rooms, a narrow, elongated window embedded under the ceiling. Thanks to this, the cooking zone comes natural light not only from the living room, but also from the guest bedroom. In the hostess bedroom there is a roomy wardrobe. Avo room that performs the functions of a wedding, guest bathroom and storage location, you can get from the hallway.

Glass curtain

Three whole tempered glass sheets 1m and 10mm thick, connected jack, separate the input zone from the studio. Glasses are attached to the floor and ceiling with metal profiles. The transparent gloss "curtain" visually unites the hallway with the studio, and the sensation of greater volume occurs. The impression of unusualness is strengthened on this twinkling background three compositions with plants in glass vases.

Strictly decorated bathroom was decorated. The interiors of all rooms are detained by the interiors of all rooms in the stylistics of contemporary, without frills, but with memorable details. Such, for example, new chairs with "medalon" backs in a modern dining area, unusual convex forms of kitchen facades, decorative panels made of porcelain tiles in the home theater zone, zoning glass partitions ... The flavor of the situation is built preferably on the combination of light tones and gamma inherent in Spring nature. Extra dominate white (ceilings, dining room group, lamp over it), creamy (walls, sofa upholstery, kitchen furniture), grayish-greenish - from muted tones to saturated khaki color (floor tiles, photo wallpaper, upholstery) and gray-brown ( Panel from tile on the wall at the home cinema, "Apron" in the kitchen). Several orange accents enliven the peaceful atmosphere. Variations of complex shades of brown and cream are present in private premises. Pale lilac is added to the imported bedroom to white and muted-green. The palette of this room, the elements of its design cause associations with gentle flowers of lavender and hyacinth.

Aesthetics and ergonomics of functional zones are thought out that it is convenient to move around the apartment, and every look gives joy. Rest and communicate in such an elegant and relaxed setting is very nice.

The authors of the project are told

Under the shadow of the branches
The plan after repairing the main planning task was to create a three-bedroom apartment on the "double-room" square. Three wide windows with narrow seals and a segment of the bearing wall between two windows did not allow to divide one window opening between two bedrooms, even small. Therefore, we decided to move the kitchen to the depths of the apartment. The developer of a monolithic house is allowed. The mistress of the apartment is a connoisseur of stylish modern interiors, but not minimalist, and feminine, with interesting details and warm atmosphere. Furniture we chose together with her during a trip to Italy. To do this, they took with them the plan of the apartment with the designation of the size of all rooms and the estimated furniture dimensions. The owner wanted to make a lilac in the design of a guest bedroom. Wall behind the headboard we decorated with a simple pattern in the form of wide colored stripes. Dulux paint shades (United Kingdom) were selected in the tone of the furniture and wallpaper: a complex tinting was performed using a computer program and then tested several options obtained using a small volume testers. Experience shows that even a flawlessly found color solution can look quite different on the real wall, so the final choice of shade should be done in a particular interior.
