Therefore, the durability of the fine cleaning filter largely depends on the efficiency of the cyclone: ​​the larger the number of particles holds the latter, the less dust reaches a fine cleaning filter and, accordingly, it will last.

Manufacturers use different techniques, experimenting with the design of cyclone containers so that they delay more dust and it does not fall on the filter even if the cyclone is violated. For example, Dyson (United Kingdom) offers a whole cyclone system. First, the dust enters large cyclone several cone-shaped cells, where large particles are separated; Then the flow is sent to the cyclone smaller with an abundance of small IT cells. At the same time, the air is gradually cleaned more carefully. Thus, only the smallest particles reach the fine cleaning filter.

Straight into the heart

The weakest place of the vacuum cleaner is the engine. It is he who most often causes the breakdown of the device, and often due to improper operation, such as a collection of construction dust. The instrument engine is compact, but quite powerful due to high winding density, which contributes to the allocation of more heat. Therefore, its effective cooling is very important. For example, HEPA 10 stops at least 85% of particles, and HEPA 11- 95%, that is, less than the S-class filter. The most "powerful" filter HEPA 14 blocks the path of 99.995% of particles.

As the filters are clogged, you should change. Replacement frequency depends on many factors: cleaning frequency, efficiency of previous filters IT.D. There is the same problem here as with replaceable dust bags: these are extra expenses (500-1000 rubles), besides, it is not so easy to find a suitable filter.
