Elements of the classic finishing of furniture and forging attached a friendly appearance to a cozy virgin nest. The theme of forging is supported and a six-sided chandelier, selected mistress for the living room. The author of the project proposed an openwork drawing for the bed, based on a combination of thin straight lines and wave-like lines. Openwork "Wave" decorated and a bronze mirror frame in a niche next to the bed. The pattern of eaves of curtains for curtains and support of the bar counter, and with the latest wooden semi-fruit chairs, whose curved frames are reminiscent of the famous sulking furniture.
The wishes of the hostess concerned primarily the number of rooms: besides the kitchen, living room and bedroom, she wanted to have a dressing room and a separate bathroom, to equip a special functional area on the loggia (to attach the latter was not necessary). The autonomy of a number of premises was for the owner of the principled: it made it possible to maintain the necessary level of family couple comfort.
The hostess has a very dense work schedule, and his free time is devoting equestrian sports and travels, including footing tourist hiking in their native country. Therefore, housing, according to her submission, should personify the home comfort, to be a reliable and warm nest, where you want to return after the conversion and wanderings. It sounded and completely concrete wishes, install a wrought bed with an openwork back.
Vyting an old pattern
The studio is combined with a bedroom, located in the "pocket" separated from a two-layer porter living room. Therefore, Olga Kuznetsov entrusted this important component of comfort and aesthetics to professionals who can finely feel the character of residential space and play out to him, and not overload with excess decorations, as it often happens when the windows are occupied. This apartment is both windows cover the one-photon panels made of thin flowing silk, falling by beautiful folds. The upper part of the curtain is decorated with a pattern created by hand painting: Rapport resembles Celtic lipstick on antique stone steles and bronze. It is harmonized with forged parts of a furnace bar of the bar counter, the back of the bed, a mirror frame, as well as with cornices. The tones of the ornament are different: on the curtains in the zone of the living room - muffled brown, and in the kitchen ("apron" here is decorated with a narrow frieze with the image of flower pots, and on the windowsill, there are white-blue and gray-lilac ceramic vases with flowers) - Siren-Vasilkov. The bedroom zone separates from the living room. Monophonic dense curtains on the lining.
The author of the project decided to locate a future living room furniture composition composed on the principle of axial symmetry and combining open and closed sections. Versal Versal (Russia), manufacturing furniture to order, she found a suitable version of gentle-cream color, with fillets, harmonizing with a traditional openwork forging bed, which predetermined the choice in favor of a discreet classic, supplemented with details in the Country spirit.
Boudoir charm
A strict shining white can hardly look romantic or feminine. However, it was that a young hostess of the bathroom finish. Softened a similar glossy "sterility" of the room very delicately: the wall over the font was decorated with a comfortable shallow niche with shelves for bath accessories made of transparent glass, and in several places there were tiles with elegant retrostrics, black and white silhouette images. Satim decor on the walls echoes the pattern on the curtain, resembling vignettes. For the finishing of the toilet, a collection of wall tiles with a large "pattern of brush" was picked up. The floors in both rooms were tiled with a tiled, imitating a soft quilted fabric, to which I want to stand with bass legs.
So, according to the wishes of the hostess, the architect has developed a refreshing project. The outstanding (4.1m2), but a fairly spacious hallway-hall overlook the doors of all "extra" room, bathroom and toilet. Opposite the entrance to the apartment, two-dimensional swing doors leading to the Studio. It includes a kitchen with a bar stand and living room. Italian Kitchen Kitchen Kit and Stylistics, and for Tone Surprisingly exactly corresponds to the furniture composition in the living room. L-shaped modules with classic facades and a large figurine hood cap are harmonized with a bar counter. Its countertop is made of the same composite material as working surfaces. The "man-made" tile of the color of burned clay (it is partially lined with a "apron") and the openwork wrought-iron bar of the bar counter makes this corner cozy and elegant. The living room and kitchen zones divided the folding sofa, deployed toward the furniture composition with a niche for the LCD TV, next to the transforming table: it can be turned into a dining, adjusting height.
The charm of this nest delicately hides a soberly calculated pragmatic script that meets the requirements of modern comfort.
Tell the author of the project
Plan before re-planning Aquarter is located in the house-new building. The previous owner who has acquired it began to redeveloped in his housing, erected new partitions between the premises. They had to get rid of them. After talking with Julia, I almost immediately came up with a solution for each room and sketched sketch. Ideas were accepted and embodied almost unchanged. A little simplified bedroom design: first the curtain should have played a decorative role and framing the entrance to this zone with light folds, but the dense porter is more convenient.
The plan after redevelopment is precisely the studio layout allows you to mostly visually increase the space of a small apartment, here it was necessary to compromise, so the part of the autonomous premises (separate bathroom and toilet, isolated hall-hall, office) or may be such (bedroom). If one person lives in the apartment, it is non-procurement. But for two, such nuances serve as a guarantee of psychological comfort, make it possible to vary the individual life scenario, without interfering with the partner (staying late in front of the computer, hearly go to sleep. IT.P.).
