In principle, you can make a window profile and from one-piece dried bars, sprinkling them between themselves (some Finnish manufacturers do this). However, the useful output is low, and the cost of products is exormably large. A more rational is considered to manufacture a profile from a typical multilayer glued timber. To obtain, dried bars are cut into small blanks, removing the bitch, cracks, resin pockets and other natural defects. The lamellas sort into two groups: short, which are spliced (they are located only in the inner part of the bar), and long (they are used in whole and are placed outside, so as not to get into the fact that the Bar type). The bar obtained by gluing a lamellae less susceptible to the effects of moisture and has a higher strength than a wooden array. From it, the window profiles produce, and the frames and sash are already collecting.
To protect the manufactured window from atmospheric and other effects, special biofracted compositions are used. Such impregnation is performed either manually or in the factory conditions, which is more efficient. The product is then ground and coated with several layers of varnish, which does not hide the natural structure of the tree. At the same time, between operations, the surface of the tree is grinding, removing the risen fibers. Wood-treated wooden windows retain the living beauty and heat of wood and are perfectly combined with furniture, doors and parquet.
