The advanced residential houses of the P44T series are harvested from ordinary and corner sections on the design principle and have a T-shaped or P-shaped configuration in the plan. We are located single, two and three-bedroom apartments. The thickness of the outer walls (three-layer panels lined with bricks) - 300mm, internal (reinforced concrete plates) - 140 and 180mm. Plasolite partitions have a thickness of 80mm, reinforced concrete floors - 140mm. Increasing the area was conceived by the corridor leading from the hallway to the kitchen. Previously received all permits, the redevelopment project agreed with the authors of this series of houses in the MNIITEP and in the Interdepartmental Commission. Upon completion of the work, the plan of the reconstructed apartment was registered in BTI.

So, at first, the old partition was demolished between the bathroom and the toilet. New partitions erected in such a way that they turned out two completely different premises. Single home home (with bathtub, washbasin and toilet), second-guest bathroom (with shower, washbasin and toilet). The sites of concrete walls were aligned using the technology of fastening of plasterboard sheets on a metal frame. Inside the plasterboard partitions, the insulation and the ISOVER soundproofer was laid. Walls and plumbing boxes, inside which risers and pipe layers are hidden, separated by a tile. A magnificent bathroom was installed a small sink, which is very decorated with chrome parts, a cylindrical siphon and an angular mixer from Grohe. On the wall-ceramic tile Freestyle (Steuler) firm. Floors in the bathrooms were covered with ceramic tiles of different colors and textures. It turned out very elegant and picturesque. Accordingly, the project purchased a tile of several collections. For the bathroom used Katanga series, made based on traditional African ornaments, and in the lining of the bathroom included original "vegetable" inserts from Freestyle.

The wiring in the bathrooms were replaced by installing sockets and switches in places scheduled in the project, according to the design scheme of furniture and electrical appliances. From the new electric booster with automata, the wires were laid to the sources of lighting in the ceiling, walls and niches, kitchen equipment and washing machine. In addition, the water supply pipes were replaced with a cut and mounted a new wiring. After all, now when it was planned to create two bathrooms, it was necessary to increase the number of Santechnibors, and also all of them were supposed to be installed in new places. For water supply and sewage, as well as to summarize hot water to heated towel rails, modern plastic and metal-polymer pipes were laid. Water risers in both bathrooms left intact. The books attached collectors of metal-plating pipes, mounted water filters and water pressure gauges. The rooms equipped toilet bowls with built-in tanks (keramag) and installation mounting system (GROHE). A magosue bathroom was installed compact washbasin (Joly, Keramag) with an angular mixer, and a very convenient white built-in Joly Clean coating and a chrome socket, a mixer and a siphon (also from KeramaG) were picked up for a master bathroom. The screen closing the bottom of the bathroom was littered with fine tiles.
