Before breaking, you need to think if there is a worthy alternative made, and try to restore the old one. As we noted above, the inspection of the house showed that only electrical wiring and plumbing pipes are subject to complete replacement, and everything else can be restored. All work on design, he naturally performed himself. Along with this, I developed and agreed in the relevant instances a project for the reconstruction of engineering networks, after which I began to work.The first thing in massive brick walls and in the thickness of the frame partitions, at a distance of 20cm from the ceiling, the master with the help of a grinder and the scarpel did a shroud. He laid in PVC-sleeves, a three-core NYM cable ("Concord", Russia) with a cross-section of 2,5mm2 conductors. Electrand (France) with electricity meter, protective automata and UzO was built into the wall at the entrance to the apartment. The wiring to the ceiling lamps was made in wooden overlap. To do this, the holes were cut into a lined with dry plaster, through which metalworkwood with a cable NYM of the same section was cooked in the voids of the ceiling. Having finished the reconstruction of engineering communications, the master took over the replacement of structures. Immediately visited the entrance metal door of domestic production. Then removed half-chased wooden frames of the windows. After a short training, the openings set modern windows from PVC profiles Rehau (Germany) with two-chamber energy-saving double-glazed windows and stacked window slopes. After that, it began to finish the ceilings and walls. The base of the partitions 80 years ago was born with a scroll, according to which a plaster wanted with a thickness of 3 cm. Several otherwise, the master separated the walls in the bathroom. Sergey's bad surprise was not the limit when he found out that the ventilation channels from the total riser were laid in the walls in each room (in modern apartments, ventilation canals are placed only in the bathroom and in the kitchen). It turned out to be sufficient to clean the air ducts so that the system's performance is recovered! An unpleasant smell disappeared in the apartment, fresh air appeared. In order to avoid penetration into the housing of rodents, the master closed the ventilation openings with lattices with adjustable air tight.
Deposit the walls, the owner began to repair the floors. Here, the designers of the twenties presented him with a nice gift: in the floor floors, the master discovered Ventkanals included in the system of natural supply and exhaust ventilation of the apartment. Thanks to the extent, the overlaps did not rot, even in places of multiple pipe leaks, since the moisture was weathered on time.
Of course, for a long time the beams of the flooring were deformed, and the board boards began to "walk". As the result, the surface everywhere became smooth, the floor stopped creaking. Old boards amounted to the basis for various types of new coatings.
