The multisective panel house of the 1-335 series refers to the first generation of "Khrushchev". Consists of single, two-two-bedroom apartments. "Basic" layout in homes in this series - four one-sided apartments on the floor, characterized by a small area of ​​rooms and a kitchen. Outdoor walls 400mm-a-concrete thickness, with a layer of mineral wool. Internal concrete panels (270mm). Height ceilings - 2.5m. Ventilation is natural exhaust, ventkanals are located in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Cold and hot water served from the city network

For wall decoration, Tikkkurila (Finland) was used for wall decoration. Rounded elements of the kitchen headset are harmoniously combined with a semicircular table, as if growing out of the windowsill. On the perimeter of the room mounted a bunk ceiling of plasterboard, which has become a real interior decoration

Wait until the house belonging to the first generation of Khrushchev will fall under the modernization program, the owner of the one-bedroom apartment located in it did not. It was also not planned to demolish the building in the near future, and therefore remained one way - with the help of architects and designers to give a typical "Khrushche" a modern appearance and maximum comfort. We hope that this rather successful project will make reconsider our views of those who do not believe in the possibility of such transformations.

Architects Dmitry Steeurkin and Ruslana Umansky had to give the second life of "inexpensive social housing", besides, it would be for the minimum of financial resources.

For reorganization of the kitchen, a popular studio version was chosen. Repair began with dismantling partitions between the kitchen and the adjacent room with it. Made a new cement-sand tie, after which they laid out the finishing floor with a large-sized ceramic tile of pinkish-beige shades. Since the former electrocabolic was no longer suitable for operation in its characteristics and, moreover, the location of sockets and electrical appliances has changed, the wiring had to be re-made.

The walls were leveled with plasterboard sheets, covered, primed and painted in white antique. When working on a project, kitchen furniture was picked up in advance. It perfectly corresponded to the specified parameters, but a bulky refrigerator, which was planned to install next to the headcard, would be too given forward and interfered with free movement. Therefore, under its size it was necessary to make a niche leaving in the bathroom.

The kitchen-living room is quite well lit by two windows. Since the old window frames clearly did not fit into a new style, plastic double-glazed windows were installed instead. Radiators were still in good working condition, and for considerations of saving them did not change. The devices were closed with wooden lattices-blinds painted in white.

The need for a large dining table disappeared, as this is a bachelor's apartment conducted in it not so much time. However, it is necessary to drink a cup of coffee somewhere in the morning? From the bar counter, so often found in modern interiors, refused. She replaced some symbiosis. At first, the idea has come to use the same material for kitchen countertops and window sills, which contributed to the unity of the design of the room. Aiz of this idea was born to another - to extend the side of the window sill inside the kitchen, smoothly rounded and install on the support bar. So this small cozy table appeared.

Against the background of light decoration of the walls, a discreet orange-black kitchen headset with the doors made of tidy ceramics looks very expressive. Its strict lines are softened by rounded outlines of angular modules. When choosing the equipment, limited to the minimum set of manual panel and the ARISTON oven.
