The newlyweds wanted their small new apartment to be cozy, elegant, long-fashioned and unusual. Ito is clear: After all, each family seeks to create its own unique world. The authors of the project managed to find decisions that answer not only all the wishes of the owners, but also one more, especially important for the young family, the conditions for a reasonable budget.

Spouses chose an apartment in an eight-storey new building Odessa, not far from the famous French boulevard. The open and dynamic lifestyle of newlyweds demanded an equally open space. But the former layout of the apartment did not comply with this requirement: the living room, the dining room and the kitchen were as much as possible from each other, which, of course, was very uncomfortable. In addition, the long corridor caused dull associations with the corridious communal system. The owners also did not suit the small size of the bathroom, the lack of a dressing room and any other utility rooms.

After redevelopment, the dwelling was divided into two parts: open public and private. The bedroom was transferred to the former living room. In a slightly reduction of the corridor, achieved the expansion of the bathroom. The relative isolation of private half from the studio has given the opportunity to issue each room in its own style. Now the change of impressions when moving from the room to the room is guaranteed.

All zones, except the bedroom and bathroom, combined. Soviet now does not immediately manage to solve the layout of the common space. The first thing that the look falls is a decorative shelving partition with glass shelves. It is through it from the input zone that the studio is viewed. Next to the partition - a closet compartment with mirror doors. These two elements, each in their own way, beat the idea of virtual entrance to another space and enrich the perception of the interior with interesting angles. The living room and dining room are located on one axis and are not separated from each other anything except the spatial cesura. For the living room specially picked up a semicircular sofa. Its smooth outlines, as if inviting the gesture, passion into the inclination, to an unusual far wall. Elements of the ethnic in its design brought in the dwelling of intrigue: an exotic background adds to each corner of the studio fragrance of long-haired ways. Separate accessories are supported: Pillows with ornaments, floor vases, a leopard skins carpet, elegant curtains (for them there is an output to a small balcony), souvenirs on open shelves - over time they will be much more. The dining group from Calligaris (Italy) with its intermediate position between the living room and the bar, the concise design has a relaxed communication.

It is noteworthy that the M-shaped working area of the kitchen together with the bar is deployed in relation to the nearest wall for 15. The ingenic cavity is hidden by numerous communications. Access to them disguised as a shallow elegant niche. Its inner surface is covered with white paint, the same as the partition between the hallway and the living room. Intra- several rows of glass shelves for souvenirs and backlight.

The division on the functional areas of the kitchen and dining room is emphasized by a bar with a glass table top, reinforced on metal consoles. It has a second, reduced level-working surface. Thus, the hostess can communicate with the guests "face to face", without being distracted by cooking. By the way, in the bottom, the closed part of the bar rack is enough space for storing economic trifles and dishes. Asthela countertop makes this useful piece of light and air.

Architect-designed kitchen furniture logically fit into the studio interior. Next to the refrigerator joined two high cabinets, specially designed by the authors of the project. One wardrobe does not have the bottom and roof - it was hidden a double-circuit gas boiler for heating and hot water supply. The washing machine of the company ARISTON (Italy) is integrated into the kitchen furniture. The lined with an embarrassing Smalt "Apron" echoes with the design of the walls of the living room and turns the household zone in almost the parade. Kitchen and dining rooms performed a warmed tie over the ceiling plates and laid the IMOLA Ceramica tile. The laminate parquet of a warm tone is designed for a laminate parquet, thoughtfully harmonizing with the situation.

Landy living room wall serves as a winning background for the whole studio. The design of this plane emphasizes the main decorative theme of the interior - ethnic motifs of Africa: the texture of the surface resembles the skin of the African buffalo, and the thick stems of the bamboo are attached on top of it.

The spectacular coating was applied in several layers of the printed putty. First, with a spatula, a textured embossed mass, then a layer of body paint to create a tone. He shifts through a translucent glaze. Finally, the gold acrylic paint, applied on top of the most embossed areas, shall be mastered. Color nuances picked up long. It is known that liquid paint has no such shade as dry. Therefore, before deciding on the tone, a small segment of the wall was chosen several times on the sample and waited for it to dry. So, mixing several tones, achieved the desired result.

When the work on the walls of the wall was completely finished, bamboo attached to it. The stems are kept on wooden traffic jams inserted into their ends and fixed with self-draws.

To accurately, this small bamboo grove "settled" several insects, noticeable only from a very close distance, as it lives in wildlife. Two flat lamps-scores create bright local lighting in the dark. The backlight shall applies the texture of the wall and gives it a more picturesque view.

Interestingly designed for this part of the apartment lighting options. Cylindrical plaffones emphasize the dining room. Built-in point sources along the kitchen front illuminate its work area, they also serve as soft backlight for the living room. The decorative backlight luminescent lamps is hidden in the ceiling. Spotlights highlight the partition of the hallway, and the mirrors double them, which is especially impressive in twilight.

The fusion premises leads a small corridor. An decorative leitmotif of the living room also beaten: a part of the wall opposite the door to the bedroom is painted in brown tones and is decorated with bamboo stems.

Quite suddenly looks the bedroom. Included studio, it resembles the rest of the Royal Palace. This room features a saturated color gamut with a predominance of raspberry, burgundy and gold in textiles and accessories: heavy pachic drapes and silk bedspreads with woven pattern, table lamps, console tables and a mirror in Art Deco. A wide bed made according to the sketches of the project authors, decorates an elegant headboard, a taffeta and organza. The hostess of the "palace" atmosphere, the owner of the apartment can feel like a real queen.

A semicircular glazed Erker suggested almost a round shape of the whole room, for which the partition behind the headboard was slightly curved. On the perimeter, the ceiling was arranged a plasterboard of the ring in the form of a ring. Nine mounted halogen lamps. The central position occupies a stretch ceiling. Its glossy surface, like a mirror, visually increases the height of the room, reflecting the luxurious decor. All household details of the bedroom are resolutely expelled into a separate room. The result appeared, as it should be in the palace, a secret door hidden behind the partition in the headboard. It is an entrance to a large dressing room with ironing board.

In former times, only in the palaces and rich houses, it was stored separately from the interiors in which they were used. The household details have changed like a magic: it is not known where the arising is unknown and just as mysteriously disappearing, they did not give the "eternal holiday" to the oppression. The disadvantage of individual dressing rooms and storage rooms, even in a small "family nest", our interiors continued the same game, but already on modern way. This bedroom found especially intriguing solution: the door to the dressing room and ironing is hidden behind the plasterboard partition in the headboard. You can approach the lie from any side, but not noticing the secret door. Meanwhile, the size of the room hidden behind it is almost coincided with the size of the bathroom. A couple of bunk racks is quite enough to accommodate clothing, household trivia, bed linen and much more.

Outflows, Art Deco are present in an elegant bright bathroom. The font solemnly towers on the podium, and there are several steps (the design solves and purely practical task: the risers are located at some distance from plumbing, and a bias was needed for drain pipes). Niche is lined with a tile of IMOLA CERAMICA with a picture of large colors. The bath area is separated from the toilet bowl. The sink is mounted in a suspended design with a wide tabletop and drawers toned under Wenge. Above, the entire width of the countertops is attached mirrors (opposite the entrance). The right is cut into strips alternating with shelves-supports for accessories. They are lined with the same tile as the walls. Such fractional rhythm creates an interesting game of reflections.

The shower cabin and the toilet are delicately installed on both sides of the door and are content with the roles of the second plan. The ceiling is made of plasterboard on metal profiles. Lights the bathroom. A small window next to the font. In general, the bathroom with such a "detail" always looks more elegant. Next to the window, as a rule, satisfy the washbasin. But the decision that Elena preferred and Konstantin preferred is configured to leisurely getting pleasure: the window is located in the end of the bath. Due to the fact that the font is installed on the podium, the lower edge of the window almost coincides with the surface of the water. Now, under the bath, you can admire the view from the window. The air pale pink curtain of the organza shall select the chamber of this corner. Sources of artificial light serve a pair of plafone-sconce and luminescent lamps, mounted in a niche on the ceiling, to which acrylic plastic is attached with the help of special legs, and a film with a pattern printed by the typographic method is pasted. Moreover, the pattern on the ceiling repeats the pattern on the tile.

"It is difficult to allocate in the work on the interior the main and secondary, - Elena Bychkov notes. After all the fantasy and skill of the architect depends, what will be the life of the inhabitants of the apartment, their mood. So it should be thought out by every detail. Only then the interior will find his own person, not Looking like anything else. "

The editors warns that in accordance with the Housing Code of the Russian Federation, the coordination of the conducted reorganization and redevelopment is required.
