We will not repeat the well-known truth that the dressing room is able to free the residential areas from heavy walls and bulky cabinets. Although it is pure truth. And you will not object to the fact that her presence in the house optimizes life, because less time goes to search for lost. This is the same furniture made to order. It is aware, it makes it possible to solve your individual problems, which turns it into an object, open to personal interpretation.

The wardrobe differs from the cabinet only by the fact that it is possible to enter it, calmly choose clothes and shoes, change clothes, look into the mirror, and if you wish, even stroking underwear. However, in essence, the wardrobe room is, as it is now customary to speak, the storage system. It can be either submitted to a separate room or arranged on the part of the space felling off the door-compartment. Read more about the door-coupe in the article "Doors open." Here we will talk about what is hiding behind them.

Almost all companies operating in the Russian market, except for sellers of foreign products, offer custom-made custom-made. This means that all sizes are given by you based on specific needs, as well as the possibilities available for premises. The term of making a dressing room on Russian production - from 3 to 10 days.

According to a constructive design solution, dressing rooms can be divided into 4 groups.

A number of cabinets

This is a classic cabinet design, which is a number of cabinets (housings), standing along the walls close to each other and bonded with a screed. Inspective, most cases of the cabinet enclosures are made of chipboard of the chipboard with melamine coating. Ordering a dressing room, ask, from which chipboard it will be performed. The stove can be purchased by Russian companies from different factories. Here are the most common in our market manufacturers of chipboard: Kronopol (Poland); Egger, Hornitex, Pfleiderer (Germany). The stove from Russian manufacturers on average 10% cheaper than from Polish or Slovak, and 15% cheaper than from German. An excellent dependence on the price of chipboard will also be the cost of your order.

Russian chipboard so far, unfortunately, can not compete in quality with imported. It is more loose, because of which worse holds fasteners. It is not enough high density of the decorative and protective melamine layer, which entails its limited resistance to mechanical effects, including during operation. In addition, chipsets are formed during cutting on melamine coating, as a result of which the P-shaped PVC profile, closing flaws, and not more modern and strong ways to decorate the edges have to be used to treat slices. In addition, the choice of possible color solutions may be very limited. But the most unpleasant that Russian products are often distinguished by a lower class of formaldehyde emissions. For example, a stove from Karelia EuroMex Chipboard, used by the St. Petersburg company Landl, has an E2 emission class, which is unacceptable for European standards. All European products must comply with the E1 class with a minimum indicator of formaldehyde emissions. However, these classes (E1 and E2) meet the Russian State Standard (GOST 10632-89).

All companies offering wardrobe room to Russian buyers can be divided into 3 groups.

The first includes firms supplying products of foreign factories (Italian, French, German IT.D.). These are sellers, they themselves do nothing. As a rule, the wardrobes made abroad are more expensive in Russia, although there are exceptions.

The second group of companies producing their products in Russia under transnational trademarks, such as Mr.Doors, Stanley, Hafele.

And finally, domestic firms with rights to registered in Russia trademarks. These companies have their own production base, where they make their product from domestic or foreign components.

At the request of the customer, you can abandon the "floor", "ceiling" and the rear walls of the buildings. Then the plates from which the racks of the enclosures will be attached to the walls and / or to the floor and the ceiling of the room. Sometimes this is done in order to save (the cost of the order is reduced), and sometimes from aesthetic considerations (such a design looks more air).

The thickness of the chipboard may be different - from 8 to 32mm. Sometimes shelves make out of a thicker plate, rather than the rack. This prevents their beating under the severity of things. The rear wall in order to save can be performed in a lightweight variant - from a thin plate (say, a thickness of 10 mm) or from even more economical materials, such as organita.

Cabinet type wardrobe is the most common, economical and most developed by Russian manufacturers a solution. It offers almost all companies. A small dressing room of this type with a total length of the line of cabinets 2-3 m can be ordered for sufficiently small money, ranging from $ 400-500. Then the price increases depending on the size of the room, the quality of the chipboard, the method of processing edges and, mainly on the number and cost of accessories. It is generally generalizable to say that for the room of 6-8m2, the wardrobe of the case type from the Russian manufacturer will cost approximately $ 1-1.5 thousand.

Cabinet type wardrobe can also be ordered in companies offering foreign factories. The Russian firm seller will measure the available room, will discuss with you the optimal way of filling and organizing space and deposit order to the factory. After 1.5-2, and sometimes even 3 months will bring you a dressing room made, say, in the Italian factory Roncoroni or Verardo. Listening to the purchase of wardrobe overseas production you usually deal with a modular program. This means that it is impossible to change the dimensions of the proposed modules, and the embedding of cabinets into the room of a particular size will be carried out using the so-called "good". In other words, a trading company will order a certain amount of processed plates in the factory, of which the cabinet cases are performed. From these materials, the module of the desired size will create in your dressing room, and as a result, the length of the row of cabinets will be brought to the desired indicator.

On metallic frame

The carrying part of the wardrobe of the second type-aluminum racks, on which the containers for storage and shelf are fastened with the universal phasers. Such structures look very easily and aircraft thanks to the absence of deaf partitions. The top consists of hanged and shelves, and the bottom of a number of hinged or tattime dresser. This design is just beginning to master the market. So far, only a few Russian manufacturers can offer similar constructions: Aldo (Open space brand "), Mr.Doors (LOFT system), Falial Company (Brand HAFELE), Artis-Plus company. Since aluminum is metal expensive, and besides, suggestions with a similar design, these designs are 1,5-2 times more expensive compared to corpses. The cost of the composition from Aldo (photo on page 82), which is an angle with parties 250 and 180cm, - $ 2600. From foreign manufacturers working with this type of structures, Italian factories Mazzitelli can be called (Zemma series) and Poliform (Cabina Varia model). Very democratic wardrobe carcase type offers IKEA (model "COLLEN", the price is about $ 800).

On the panel

The third type of construction is the most rare. Here the principle is as follows: decorative, but very durable panels from the chipboard with a melamine coating are mounted on the walls of the room, on which shelves and storage tanks are fixed using hidden or open consoles. Sometimes the tanks are supplied with wheels and simply put on the floor along the walls. No special preparation of walls are usually mounted on special profiles, leveling all irregularities.

Among the Russian manufacturers, we managed to find only one company that mastered such a constructive design solution. This refers to the Krasnoyarskaya "Woodworking company Mekran", which has a developed distribution network (Wirch "). The price of it is comparable with prices for products of foreign factories. What is clear, because Mekran makes furniture from a tinted array of Angarsk pine. Composition cost The photo is about $ 8 thousand.

The wardrobe with this type of construction is also produced by Italian factors San Giakomo (MEGA series), Mazzitelli (Espace series), Trabattoni, Pianca, etc.

In principle, conventional facades (doors) can be used to protect against dust, but it will greatly increase the cost of the order. Seasonal things are conveniently packaged in plastic covers (for example, from ikea, model "Svais", the price is 129 rubles. For 3 pieces).

Separate containers in the wardrobe can be closed with the louvral elements. Lumi offers curtains made from norwegian components. The curtain is a flexible cloth, typed from plates, which are made of coniferous wood and finished with natural beech veneer. It moves along the guides and can be fixed both vertically and horizontally. Maximum size - 120160cm.

Cellular structures

The most democratic price and aesthetics version of the constructive-designer solution is a wardrobe, consisting of so-called cellular structures. An example of Leerowan (USA) can be served. This is a combination of mesh shelves and baskets that are made of metal covered with varnish or enamel. From the proposed elements, you can make a full-fledged dressing room, which is absolutely not needed in the support of the frame from the chipboard. This is the same model "Antonius" from IKEA (price of 4031 rubles.). Such structures are convenient to combine with mounted, cross-linked from nylon sections of cells (IKEA, model "Skubb"). A similar dressing room made of metal sections from the Swedish company ELFA (height-250cm, length, 270cm) costs about $ 770. To give the composition of greater stability, it is sometimes placed on metal profiles attached vertically or horizontally to the wall.

Edbles

The stove enters the furniture manufacturers already with a melamine coating applied from two sides. Then it remains only to cut it in size and process edges. The edges resulting after cutting can be closed in various ways. One of the most common, modern and practical "welded" on the special equipment of the edge bands from PVC or AVS, 2-3mm thick. The edge band from the ABS in the processing process forms a monolith from the DSP, therefore it is considered more environmentally friendly and resistant to mechanical effects.

Manufacturers who do not own specialized equipment can handle the edge with a thickness of about 0.2 mm. But this is not practical enough, because over time, this material has the usual to be cleaned. However, sometimes for the purpose of saving, the buyer deliberately prefers the last option, because the melamine edge is about 5 times cheaper PVC profile.

Another option that does not require the use of expensive equipment is the P-shaped plastic profile, powered by a cut. This connection is less firmly than that of PVC and AVS edges - in those places where the profile is cropped, it is sometimes removed from the stove, opening her end. In addition, it is at a much lesser extent than the glued edges, protects our dwelling from formaldehydes contained in the chipboard. The P-shaped profile allows you to close the chips formed by picking up a cheap Russian plate, especially on poor-quality equipment. Therefore, it is sometimes applied not too developed companies that do not have a good production base.

There is still a T-shaped PVC profile, under which a narrow groove is obtained in the slabs. This profile holds better than P-shaped, but solid companies still applied very rarely. Despite its dopup, such a finish is often more expensive than modern analogues.

Some companies, such as ECALUM, LUMI, VERSAL, are finishing the edge of a veneer of a natural tree. Price 1 M of such an edge is much higher than PVC. However, it depends on the tree of wood and veneer quality.

One of the most expensive ways to decorate sections is a dspect-shaped profile of anodized aluminum. It offers a very small number of manufacturers. For example, a profile from HAFELE (Germany) at a price of $ 22 for 1Pog. If you can apply to the dressing rooms ordered in Kardinal. The company "Blue Island" offers a metal profile finish at a price of 1Pog.m 20. In addition to the front edges that are in plain sight, there are still hidden sections of chipboard, which, however, from the point of view of the housing is worth paying attention to. For example, Mr.Doors and Aldo officially announced our magazine that they definitely stick all the hidden edges with technical melamine. Even if the buyer does not specifically sharpen attention on it. Sellers Mobilform, "Two" (exclusive distributor of Stanley Works Inc. Corporation in Russia) and Komandor (trademark "Not expensive cabinets") explained to us that the hidden edges are stuck if the buyer at the time of the order himself expresses such a wish.

Since the dressing room will bring to the house in a disassembled form, you can make sure that all chipsers are really sealed with melamine. Although we would advise you to take care of this problem already at the stage of the show. Looking, say, on the bottom of the drawers on the reverse side, you can appreciate the level of product quality of this company.

Fastener

Ordering a dressing room, you can envisage the possibility of a future change in the position of the shelves. To do this, you just need to ask to drill additional holes in the places of alleged mounts. These holes will be closed with plastic plugs.

In good furniture, everything should be good, including fasteners. Take a closer in the cabin, where you make an order, exactly how the shelves are attached to the racks, whether the mounting of the rear walls are visible. High-quality fasteners are not only durable and justified from the point of view of the function, but also aesthetic. The color of its plastic parts is ideal for the color of the panels, although it is better to still that the fastening elements are made of metal. The most modern and in terms of function, and from the point of view of aesthetics, the method of connecting the shelf with a rack is eccentric furniture ties. They do not just fix the shelf in the right position, but also provide (based on their name) additional strength and rigidity of the entire design.

It is strong enough, but not too aesthetic connection on the so-called confirmates (screws with a head under the hex key), which are screwed into the shelf's end. The remaining hole after that is closed with a plastic plug, more or less suitable to the color of the panel. The connection on the confirmates is cheaper than furniture screed. It does not require milling of recesses under fasteners. Therefore, some companies for saving considerations in those places where the shelves are suitable for a rack on both sides on the same level, one of them is fixed by the confirmation, and another furniture screed (this shelf covers the hole formed from the confirmation). Such a connection, even if it really affects the total amount of the order, is not entirely convenient if you want to change the position of one of the shelves. Either you will then open a hole from the confirmation, or you will have to disassemble not one, but both connections.

The most ancient and cheapest way to connect is on corners. Plastic corners used by our manufacturers are massive and inesthetical. Unich only one advantage is cheaper. True, there are cases when another fastener is simply impossible.

Boxes

In a comfortable dressing room, it is difficult to do without boxes. Almost all Russian manufacturers provide the opportunity to order boxes of those sizes that you are comfortable. When ordering, ask what material the bottom will be performed. This is especially important for large boxes, because with increasing size, the load on the bottom increases much. Some companies, apparently, in order to reduce the cost of the order, are made of the bottom of the organity painted in the main color of the panels. Such a bottom can over time to prick and start taking over the facade of the box below.

The bottoms of large boxes can be further reinforced with a metal profile, as does, for example, Mr.Doors. But still more reliable if the bottom will be made of chipboard. For example, in the dressing room "Open space" from the company Aldo uses a 10mm thick chipboard. This material will naturally withstand a more significant load than organitis.

In addition, pay attention to how the bottom is attached to the side walls of the drawer. The durable mount is obtained if the bottom is headed in the grooves, tested in the walls.

In order to save the ecology of the dwelling, all sections of the chipboard, which you will see, if you turn the drawer upside down, must be necessarily punctured by melamine. But this is not all manufacturers. The ends of any chipboard (even the most-pressed environmentally friendly) should be covered at least technical melamine.

The front panels of drawers can be performed in the most different aesthetics from different materials. The simplest variant is the deaf panels from the chipboard, the edges of which are placed by melamine or PVC. Such boxes produce all manufacturers, but some, in addition to the most common panels, provide other options.

VERSAL and NEves offer front panels of boxes, the upper and lower edges of which are made according to the technology "SoftForming". This refers to the rounded edge, isted on special equipment from the solid chipboard and melamine-plated equipment. The edge can be rounded either only with the front side of the panel, or with the facial and with the invalid at the same time. The edge made according to the technology "SoftForming", about 20% more expensive than the edge of PVC. By the way, these companies offer edges of racks and shelves made by the same technology.

Some firms (for example, Kardinal, Lumi, Mr.Doors, Versal, Visconti) also produce framework options for the front panels of the boxes. The cost of the frame panels is higher than the usual. The frames are made either from an aluminum profile, or from an MDF profile, covered with enamel (Mr.Doors) or a natural veneer-plated veneer (LUMI). Thanks to this substrate, the veneer acquires elasticity and does not break. Filling the framework may consist of chipboard, colored plastic or glass. Safety in interest should be asked, a conventional glass or tempered, which, with incorrect handling, is crumpled into small non-smear fragments. It is possible to manufacture the front panels of drawers from the MDF milling plate, which simulates the fillets. This option offers, for example, Versal.

It makes sense to pay attention to the guides for which boxes are extended. They are roller and balls. The price of ball guides is approximately 5 times higher, but in large boxes still it is recommended to use them, because they are able to withstand heavy loads.

Accessories

So, there is a basis, it's time to think about filling. Modern dressing rooms can be equipped with various mandrels (including nominated end); special shelves for shoes; metal baskets for linen (both nominated by guides and more primitive, which are simply inserted into the opening); Different designs with lishes for trousers, ties and belts; boxes for trifles; corner "carousels"; mirrors; ironing boards IT.D.

With everything abundance, without anything, it is not enough to do it, it was without usual, that is, the rods located in parallel with the wall (from the rack to the rack) and intended for hanging the shoulders. The complicated version of the usual harassment is the so-called "elevator", that is, a bar, which can descend to 80cm, if you pull for a special handle. The practical meaning of this adaptation is the ability to arrange a bar with shoulders at a greater height (80cm higher than you can reach your hand). For shallow wardrobes, where it fails to place the shoulders perpendicular to the wall, it is recommended that the retractable hung. It is attached to the bottom surface of the shelf and allows you to push the shoulders forward. Baskets for storing things - a worthy alternative to the shelves. Among other things, they allow things to breathe. The advantage of the baskets is also in the fact that they are put forward on the guides, opening more convenient access to things. In principle, shelves can be prompted by the guides. The same option will cost, most likely cheaper than baskets.

All these and many other convenient additions are large Russian wardrobe manufacturers buy directly from specializing in such products of foreign companies, and smaller in domestic wholesalers. The price that the end user will pay in a particular case will, as you yourself understand, different.

Most often, Russian manufacturers offer filling for wardrobes from the German Kessebohmer and the Italian company VIBO. These firms produce expensive high-quality accessories. As a cheaper option, the American Leerowan system is deserved, which, for example, the Russian company "Alpena" deserves attention. Separate items of this system can be built into the housing from the chipboard. As for the prices, then, let's say, the mesh shelf for shoes with a length of 60cm costs $ 14.

Unfortunately, not the entire range can be sorted to see at the place of order. The score will have to get acquainted by the catalog. If a set of accessories presented in the showroom, you did not satisfy you, call the central office of the company where you will be helped to get a more complete picture of the available goods.

In addition to those metal accessories that Russian manufacturers are purchased in the finished form, there are still various cute things that can be made specifically for you. For example, a retractable section for small wardrobe items, divided for convenience on cells (Versal, Lumi).

Strategy

In principle, you can, of course, equip a dressing room in a dark room of the storage room. Such rooms usually have a very small area of approximately 3m2. But architects are still recommended to allocate under the dressing room at least 6-8m2. It is better to have it next to the bathroom or bedroom. It is even better if it will have two outlets in the bedroom and in the corridor. Aesley in the house two dressing rooms, male and female, then men can be, for example, near the office, and feminine, next to the bedroom.

Addressing the company's company, you should already clearly imagine that you keep in your dressing room to design the width, depth and filling of tanks using a designer, not forgetting any of the skiing, nor about the ironing board or small objects.

Some designers consider the optimal equal number of open and closed containers inside the dressing room, then it will look bright and cozy. But if the room is small, it is better to equip it basically with shallow open racks. However, there is no strict rules for the inner decoration of the dressing room, it all depends on your taste, your habits and needs.

Some companies offer the wardrobe economy class according to the standard dimensions recognized by the specialists of these companies are the most functional. But if you make a dressing room according to your individual sizes, then measurement space under the body design, especially if it is built-in, is one of the most responsible moments in the building of the dressing room. We advise you to be wary of the measurers who come to you, having one roulette with you. For an accurate and technologically correct measurement of this room, this is completely insufficient. We still need at least a courier, level, plumb.

And one more important circumstance. Large manufacturers of various types of furniture to order usually have a developed dealer network. In other words, they have so-called dealer agreements with various small product implementers. Here and it is necessary to be especially attentive. Going to the next vegetable shop, you can see somewhere in the corner the inscription "The best cabinets of the company ..." (hereinafter follows the name of the famous brand). I gone to temptation, you will at best come across unsatisfactory service, in the worst, with fraud. Not all dealers are completely devoted to the head company, components of unknown origin may be present in their assortment. Instead of high-quality imported plates, you can slip something that does not comply with the stated requirements. Therefore, it is better to still go to the main office of the company, even if it is inconvenient to get to him. If there is no such possibility before paying money, carefully check all the documents issued to you. If you have already paid, but you have doubts, call the main office, name the order number and ask to check whether it is really placed on the production of the company (if it is located in Russia).

The editors thanks the company IKEA and the Mobile-Line salon for help in the preparation of the material.
