Architects, people are creative, they do not like to work in the specified framework. However, the hosts most often determine the material, style and volume of the future dwelling, initially limiting the flight of the artist's fantasy. However, the more interesting every new object, because of the collision of different tastes, values (practical feasibility and creative thought) and the inner intrigue is born, unexpected images arise, there is a living atmosphere of the present home.

At the forest, on the edge
Not every home boasts a terrace with a fireplace, and even such that goes into the real untouched forest to buy almost hectares of land with its own forest and a ravine in the nearest Moscow region today is a little. But it is worth leaving the capital of everything on some hundred kilometers, and you can become a full-awake owner of a genuine forest farm. It is such a real piece of forest in several hectares on the bank of the Nara River and acquired a company of friends who wanted to break here a small village village "for their". The appeal began, all the houses will be solved in a single architectural style and built certainly from the tree. Each member of the project, I wanted to result in a real forest town, not destroying, and organically complementing the beauty of a quiet corner of nature. That's what beautiful, but in practice, a difficult idea has begun the history of the house, which will be discussed in the article.

At the forest, on the edge
The roof over this terrace is made of transparent plastic - to protect the household from rain, but not to observe the sun and the blue sky. The first problem arose before the construction of the construction: the hosts, hotly supported the general principles of the construction of the "Forest Town", as it turned out, did not want to have at all His disposal is a Russian hut or a hut "on kurichy legs." On the contrary, it was a stylish modern cottage, but made of environmentally friendly natural materials. "From the very beginning, it was against any formalism and stylization both in architecture and in the interior," says Moscow architect Yulia Burdova, invited by the site owners. The result is decided to go on a kind of experiment: applying the same building material as all neighbors, namely pine logs, to build a building, absolutely not similar to others. If more specifically, it was meant using traditional methods of construction of wood, to create a non-familiar log house, and, as already mentioned, a modern cottage. But at the same time try to harmoniously "enter" him into the environment. "Three years ago, when construction began, this idea was enough Nova," says the architect. "There were very few things. Therefore, the owners feared a little for the result, not at all imagine that they would eventually receive and whether the cottage would come to match them. ideas about the perfect country housing. "

The total area of the building is 200m2: 30m2 is assigned to all sorts of economic premises, and 170m2- under residential. Not too much for a country cottage standing on a rather large plot. But the owners, a married couple, did not want to build a huge and expensive house. The main thing is what they really dreamed about - so that in their new dwelling is light, cozy and fairly spacious and for their own comfortable holiday, and for numerous friends.

To achieve such a result, the architect was necessary to organize the internal space of the house in a special way, come up with a move that makes a relatively small building roomy and convenient. For this, the author of the project decides to divide the construction of not according to the classical scheme - on the floors, but at levels. The applied reception allowed the creation of space, developing not only horizontally, but also vertically.

On the terrace with the fireplace, you can get not only from the inside of the house, but also from the street. Moreover, the stairs are arranged by almost all sides of the building a total of four full-fledged levels. But if you look at the building from the facade, then the floors will be two, and if on the back side, and alone. The first level, technical, is on the base. Here are all the necessary utility rooms: boiler room, electrical, storage room. By the way, you can only enter the street. The second level is the first floor. It contains kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace, hallway and guest bathroom. From the kitchen you can get to an open terrace, which goes to the site (the owners themselves call it a terrace for breakfasts), and from the living room, to another terrace facing the forest. Its owners of the house are called a terrace for picnics, because it is much more first: the area perfectly allows you to arrange parties in the fresh air, but the most important thing is to have a street fireplace and a brazier. Even on the floor level above there is a spacious billiard room, which creates the impression of the inner terrace facing the living room and the dining room. If you rise above the intermediate level of the billiard room, then you fall on the open gallery, in which the doors of three bedrooms come out. In addition to them, on this last, the fourth level is a bathroom. Two bedrooms have access to their own balconies, which are not enough, just on the second floor.

"It seems that the outside the house is much less than from the inside," says Julia Burdova. "Everyone who comes here for the first time, wonder how much we managed to place on the two floors. There is not a single" dark "room of the building, almost all the rooms are doubled. "

The sun in this dining room penetrates immediately through three windows. Therefore, there is almost all a long summer day. Vehi room, as in others, very little furniture. This is done in order not to clutter the space and visually not reduce the premises of the light in the house a lot: each, even the inter-level, the room has its own, and sometimes not the only window. And adding additional windows under the roof. The cottage is planned so that, with the exception of bedrooms, is viewed throughout the direction. Complex internal space; Open, not reaching the ceiling and not everywhere connecting with each other the wall - all this gives rise to some intrigue of the dwelling, creates its image. "You love to play with space," Julia Burdova notes. "In my opinion, clear, clear contours are drawing an interesting, memorable interior in which the decorative details are not needed."

A strong impression produces internal finishing of the house solved in one material. With the exception of ceramic tiles in the bathrooms and in the kitchen, as well as fireplace tiles, all other planes are natural pine. Walls of rolled pine logs (26cm) are covered with only transparent protective varnish. Similarly, the ceiling is processed, stitched with pine clapboard. Ana half-pine board, covered in several layers of colorless matte varnish.

From the kitchen, small, but very comfortable, you can get into the dining room, and on the veranda intended for family feasures. Similar planning reception was used in other premises, almost all of them flow one thing to another, having two inputs-exit outside the trees built of ducklings and are not painted at home, as a rule, do not paint either, but only cover with protective varnish. In the current case, the paint of natural light tones is selected. But in this case another decision was made. To make the construction of even more modern sound, to get away from traditional motives, saturated colors were chosen for the outdoor finish of the owners: dark brown (main) and emerald green (for factory). True, subsequently, on the advice of the architect, the "Emerald" was replaced by the natural natural tone of the spring greenery. Both paints are taken from the Pinotex collection (Pinotex) and retain the natural texture of the tree. A single roof, based on the wooden beams of glued wood, is covered with soft bituminous Catepal. It is not recommended to use natural tile in such cases, since this material is too heavy for single-sided roofs. The base of the building is lined with a natural slate, and the boardwalk on the balconies and terraces is collected from larch. Ito, perhaps, the only retreat from the main material is pine.

A live tree flooded with sunlight ... What other material can be able to give the natural beauty of the house in the forest? Initially, the house was conceived as a summer, but the owners decided not to save on their own comfort. Therefore, all communications are functioning all year round, and the heating system is designed for strong Russian frosts (a liquid-fuel boiler is installed in a purple room). The site has its own well (equipped with a modern cleaning system), from which water on the water supply enters the house. Sewer septic. Electricity - common to all residents of the forest town.

The construction was carried out in accordance with the technology of the construction of log houses, so it was gone for a whole year. Moreover, the construction works themselves lasted about six months (recklessness), and then the winter and spring, the female defeated, giving shrinkage. After that, within three months, the interior decoration was completed, and the furniture was already brought to the next winter to the house.

This very small bedroom does not seem close because it has access to the balcony. It is worth opening a balcony door, and the whole huge plot and the forest behind him become a visible part of the residential room in this way, the owners live in their home for almost a year, and landscape work on the site (which is 90shot) - for 90s). However, the basic principles of territory improvement are already identified: the maximum preservation of the natural environment, the use of the existing facilities of the area. By the way, one of these features is a huge ravine on the edge of the site. From this ravine, from the very beginning, they decided to make a pond. Of course, the river proceeds at all closely, but why give up such luxury, as your own reservoir? The sprout on the future pond on the edge of the ravine was built by a bath. A real forest, suitable to the house from the rear, decided not to touch and in no way. Does it cost to climb into such a wilderness to live among stone tracks and stripped lawns? Although the other on the site, of course, will also be: the extensive area in front of the house is assigned just under the garden, broken through the regular principles of the tracks, paving paths and a large variety of decorative plants.

In addition to the cottage and bath, there is another builder on the site, a small house in which the hostess is going to equip an art workshop. So, around this suburban studio will be organized a completely different landscape. It is planned to smash the so-called "wild" garden. Naturally, it will take some time before the bushes of lilacs, acacia and hawthorn will turn into real thickets.

Last remained, but an important question is the price. Since the construction of all three objects located on the territory of the facilities was carried out at the same time, the cost of the square meter is determined in terms of all buildings, a bath and workshop. According to the architect, the project is placed in the framework of the average cost for cottages of this class, without being any expensive or economical. The price of a square meter together with communications and interior decoration, but without furniture and accessories, is approximately $ 700.

The owners say that the house turned out exactly the way I thought and dreamed. Neighbors note that it is not at all like the rest, even despite the common material with them. Aacitector says the house just turned out. It will know, it will be comfortable and happily to live, and it will be nice to look at him. Achto, actually, is still required from the country house?
