1 Gentle Interior Apartment
This apartment is located in Moscow, in LCD I'm. Before the designer there was a challenge to create a comfortable interior that could be suitable for one person, and for a couple. Since the foundation was originally free layout with highlighted wet zones, partitions were built on the basis of tasks. The difficulty was in the fact that in the apartment only one window, and quite small. But on 42 square meters, it was possible to highlight the living area, and the bedroom - the last sliding glass partition, so that the natural light falls there.
The kitchen was equipped with a small one, but everything is necessary - it will be comfortable and a person who is used to cook at home, and to someone who rarely does it.
2 Interior with loft elements
The area of this apartment is even less - only 36 squares without taking into account the balcony. The architect team led by the architect Anna Novopoltseva thought out that the space was comfortable and convenient for future tenants. The partitions were already erected initially, Anna offered only zoning the kitchen-living room with a bar counter, and place a bedroom on the podium in a niche. The space is decorated with loft style elements - for small apartments, clean loft is rarely chosen, as it requires high ceilings and spaces. But here you can "guess" several characteristic features: This is a brick wall decoration, the presence of metal and wooden textures, as well as dark tiles with a stone texture - in the bathroom.
3 Apartment in Spirit Retro
This apartment on the patriarchal ponds issued for rent designers of Dots & Points Studio. It turned out the interior in the style of modern classics in the neutral palette, which in the future may like a wide range of potential tenants.
Two rooms - living room and bedroom. The layout is made in such a way that from the hallway you can get into the living room, and already from there in the kitchen, then through the corridor in the bathroom and the bedroom. Look at the cozy reading area by the window in the bedroom. Just for the sake of her here you want to settle.
4 Bright Scandinavian Style Apartment
Another apartment for renting in the Moscow LCD I'm, this time the authorship of Alexandra Dashkevich and Natalia Karimova. The customer's portrait was not here - the owners wanted to rent a property for rent to one or two people.
Free planning of the apartment with wet zones was divided into a bedroom and a living room. The bedroom also allocated a dressing room. The large bathroom was divided so to highlight a separate bathroom.
There is a lot of light and color in the apartment, despite the fact that the authors identified the stylistics as Scandinavian. Here is a lavender bedroom, a green wall in the living room and the same shade upper cabinets of the kitchen headset. At the neutral background of the rest of the walls, emphasis looks appropriate and complement the interior.
5 Apartment with exquisite details
This apartment is 46 square meters. M is located in Moscow LCD Presnya City. From panoramic windows, an excellent view of the capital opens. On a small area, Alexander Tkacheva architect designer designed a bedroom, a living room and spacious storage systems: there is even a separate place for drying underwear with forced ventilation. The interior is decorated in neutral tones, many furniture items are made to order, something owners brought from the previous apartment and wanted to use on a new facility.
On a neutral background, glossy surfaces of the kitchen headset are allocated, unusually painted walls in the technique of a color block that do not require an additional decor. And golden parts in the lamps and furniture add sophistication.
6 apartment interior with chic
The architect Ksenia Konovalova issued the interior of this apartment with an area of 53 square meters. M for renting - customers wanted the offer to stand out on the market among others.
It turned out the interior with Shikom - the author of the project applied durable and high-quality finishing materials, which will serve long: porcelain stoneware with a pattern of natural marble and onyx, parquet board with a top layer of wood, veneered panels on the walls, high-quality paint, which can be washed.
Interior style - modern with notes of Ar Deco. The latter are guessing here in moldings, golden details, fililenes on the doors.
7 Bright apartment interior
This apartment in Minsk is 47 square meters. M is distinguished by bright and functional solutions. Due to the competent zoning and successful initial layout (in the apartment there are two risers, which allowed to place the kitchen and a bathroom in the distance from each other) here they found a bedroom, living room with a working area, a spacious entrance hall and storage systems. Despite the bright contrasting solutions - yellow, green, dark and bright tree - all space looks solid. This happened because the authors of the project - architect Alexander Zolukhin and designer Marina Semenov - duplicated colors in different zones of the apartment. Green begins in the corridor and continues in the living room area and bedroom. Yellow from the hallway goes into the living room - there is a yellow armchair installed.
