1 Bright apartment for a student

The input zone turned out to be quite large - almost 7 squares, but at the same time narrow. The space was conditionally divided into two parts: an entrance group consisting of an open hanger, a positive and a laconic white chest, and a large storage system. To do this, chose a spacious cabinet, which managed to hide a whole economic unit with a washing machine.
The kitchen with an area of only 5 squares is decorated in Scandinavian style: light set, trim in tone and wooden elements. The white dining group is highlighted by a light blue wall panel to not merge with the rest of the trim. From the technique managed to place everything you need, except for the dishwasher - it was decided to refuse it from it. The house is gasified, so you can use such a design of one-room apartment of 30 square meters. m for Khrushchev.
Idea note: When entering the kitchen on the wall, fasteners are made on which folding chairs for guests are held. A very interesting solution is at the same time practical and aesthetic, since red chairs in the assembled state are perceived as an element of decor and a bright accent.

It is unusual that the dining area is part-time and the entrance. Therefore, in the room it was necessary to highlight a place to store the upper things. To do this, opposite the headset was located a shallow wardrobe and a compact wooden hanger.
The interior turned out to be practically monochrome: the basis of the palette is white, diluted only by wooden elements and a metal working surface.

3 living room, bedroom and office in one room

On a small area, the designer placed a full-fledged isolated kitchen and a room, and in the latter, with the help of zoning, it was possible to organize a mini-bedroom, and a living room, and even a small office.
Residential premises are divided into two parts with a light partition. In the far part, a bed with a bed and a table for makeup is organized, and the remaining space is divided into the living room and a soft sofa and a full-fledged workplace by the window. Almost all furniture - IKEA.
Despite the small area of the kitchen, the designer refused the standard palette for such a situation. Here, on the contrary, we see a combination of several deep dark flowers at once: a tree, an accent gray wall in Loft style, a marble decoration with large divorces.
Idea note: the fastest and easiest way to visually increase the area - hang the mirror. In this project, three mirror canvas were used at once to the ceiling, which create a feeling of space.
The bathroom continues marble theme. The owner of the project offered two solutions: with a bathroom and with a shower. The second option allows you to place a washing machine in the bathroom and additional storage systems.
4 Apartment-designer with podium
But an unusual project from the Italian Studio, where 30 squares managed to place everything you need.
Initially, the layout assumed Open Spies, but the designers decided to make an isolated bedroom. At the same time, it was separated by a non-standard partition or shirma, but raised to the level above using the podium, thereby having seen two functional blocks.
Instead of walls or partitions, they made a design from cabinets and racks, in which you can store all the necessary things. Also provided for a place for a small home office.
This concise interior is a vivid example of modern minimalism. Bright finish colors echo with plywood texture and gray-blue inserts. The kitchen and living room remained a single open space, divided into cooking and relaxing areas with a dining table for 4-5 people.

The author of this project writes in his blog that the owner of the apartment is rarely preparing, but he likes to read, and it is important for her to organize a place for favorite indoor plants.
Based on these wishes, it was decided to combine cooking zone with the living room, and the first to make the most compact as possible. Thus, the kitchen set was located on one wall, making it quite spacious, but imperceptible with floor cabinets to the ceiling and built-in technology.
Instead of dining table - a large kitchen island with an additional storage system that can be used and as a work surface for cooking. In color, he echoes a part of the headset and becomes a bright emphasis in the bright room.
Idea note: The designer did not make the entire dining area of the same color, highlighting the border with the headset with white and "drowing" in them in them. Due to this, the feeling of lightness and airiness is preserved in a small room.
The recreation area was located a large white sofa, coffee tables and a spacious dresser at the opposite wall. The lighting is thought out so that in the evening it was possible to sit on the couch with a book and read. Another bright accent of this room is a picture of a modern artist, in colors echoing with cooking zone.
The bedroom is the brightest and tender part of the apartment. There is nothing superfluous here in the best traditions of European design: only a large bed with a soft headboard and a built-in wardrobe from the floor to the ceiling along the entire length of the wall. Part of the cabinet turned into a rack for books, given the hobbies of the hostess.
The interior was very practical: it is thought out enough storage systems for a comfortable life of 1-2 people. The main colors are shades of white, gray and beige so that visually small spaces seemed spacious. Accent - on high-quality modern furniture and textures.
6 Apartment with non-standard layout
Another European project is a non-standard layout of a one-room apartment of 30 square meters. m. It is unusual for the fact that in such rectangular "Penals", as a rule, rooms are located in this order: an entrance hall and a bathroom, a kitchen and a room. Here the entrance is located in the center, and on two sides of it - a kitchen and a residential premises. As a result, the bathroom turns out between them.

The kitchen is merged with the living room. The headsets were located an angle, hiding all the technique for solid matte facades. At the same time, the window was released a place for a dining group, from which the space smoothly flows into the residential premises.
The bedroom was visually and functionally transferred to a separate mini-room, separating the bright solid partition with the door. At the same time, the partition is not deaf, and glass - this technique also works for visual relief of the interior.
Idea note: In order not to overload a small space, the top of the cabinets, as in this project, can be made open or with transparent doors.
The brightest room in the project was the bathroom. Despite the modest dimensions, the designer was not afraid to use saturated and contrasting colors in the finish. It turned out very juicy, and the binding element between white and orange was the Tilezzo tile, which was allocated separate zones.
In the bathroom, it was possible to place a shower cabin, sink, toilet and small hostel with washing and drying machines hidden in the closet.
