This two-level apartment is located in one of the houses of the Old Fund of St. Petersburg. The room is intended for rent in the daily rent. It was necessary to issue space with everything necessary, including furniture and decor. At the same time, the style and interior were to stand out on the market of other properties of real estate for the daily rent.
It also stood the challenge to fit into a limited budget - 300 thousand rubles for the purchase of finishing materials, plumbing, furniture and decor.
Planning
The apartment is located on two levels, of which the first is the entrance zone-entrance hall with the staircase flowing upward. At the second level - the attic - are the rest of the premises.
Redevelopment was not performed. In the room under the glass roof decorated kitchen-living room with a sofa and a large dining area. Isolated bedroom adjacent to the kitchen-living room. From the overall area, the second door leads to the utility room. The door to the bathroom is located in the staircase hall.
On a neutral background of walls, the kitchen zone of deep blue and yellow-mustard shades in textiles have become accents. The sofa in the living area declines and performs another bedroom.
Finish
Because of the limited budget and the conditions set - the apartment is intended for rent, and not permanent residence - in the finish, preferred practical and inexpensive materials. On the walls and ceiling - paint. And all rooms are painted in one color so as not to crush the room. In addition, light walls visually increase the height of the ceiling. Furniture and storage systems
Decisions on the placement of plumbing and the location of the furniture were taken due to the non-standard ceiling height. It varies from 90 to 350 cm. For the same reason, low storage systems are thought out - from IKEA. The main storage is concentrated at the entrance to the apartment.
Lighting
Thanks to the glass ceiling, the common area is a kitchen-living room - constantly lit in the daytime. Therefore, only one chandelier is mounted here under the ceiling - at the same time it plays a decorative role, and the sofa sofa is installed as a supplement. In the bedroom of natural light a bit, the only window is small, the lighting is mounted in the bed zone. The bathroom and the input zone are illuminated by point lights on the ceiling.

At the very beginning of the interior formation, I found a spectacular chandelier, which I decided to hang over the table, my sconces picked up, and they asked the style of the apartment. To emphasize the idea of the veranda, decided to put the table and the sofa with the chair from the collection of street furniture. The carpet from Jute next to the sofa and a fluffy green rug, resembling grass, near the bed also added sensations of a country house.
