Apartment 60 square meters. M in one of the height of Moscow-City, the owner acquired with the repair from the developer and suggested to rent them. The potential tenant was determined as a man or a woman who works nearby.

The original finish was neut

The original finish was neutral: parquet was laid, painted walls and ceiling, the bathroom was decorated with a gaterain. Some of the furniture (built-in kitchen with appliances, a cabinet under the sink in the bathroom), also the developer installed the plumbing, mounted the doors.

To increase the attractiveness of the apartments and add a sample setting of comfort and functionality, the owner invited the Designer Team Inre. Evgeny and Denis Nekescreen worked on the project, Igor Kolesnikov and Elena Gataullina.

Finish

The finish was practically not changed - only updated the color of the walls behind the bed in the bedroom and closed the walls of the corridor with beige MDF panels. Also renovated the shortcomings so that the interior looks up-to-date, more fresh and attractive.

"Quite often, repairs from the developer turns out to be not high-quality and thoughtful for a comfortable life, the studio team shares. - In this apartment we found shortcomings in the finish: chips on the plinths, parquet and doors. We changed the plinths and updated the painting of the walls. To correct the doors, invited the restorers - he was able to treat chips so that they became completely invisible. By the way, it should be borne in mind that with the help of a competent restorer you can fix almost everything, even glossy, lacquered furniture and parquet. "

Accessories have become full components of the interior. Pictures, textile design windows, carpet in the living room, decor on open shelves: All this is part of the restyling and ideas of the authors for the transformation of typical repair.

Lighting and electrician

Studies of lighting and electricians are always a large amount of work for the designer, if it comes to repair from scratch. It is important to consider the location of sockets, switches, light scripts.

When the apartment is rented with the repair from the developer, the electrician becomes the main problem. Electric workers are already displayed. Scenarios are thought out, and they often lack them. Owners of apartments or put together with it, or rewind electrics under themselves.

Designers Studio Inre also worked with electrics and lighting. But since it was not possible to make additional outlets without disassembling the finish, the new conclusions from the old ones were "powered".

So, for example, they entered the bedroom - the developer provided a socket only beyond the back of bed. From them "Paid" electrician for desktop lamps and sconces in the headboard bed for reading. In the same way, the backlight was worked out in the dressing room.

Above the bar replaced dotted lamps on the suspensions with scattered light. The living room added a lamp to "enrich" light scripts.

Furniture

In the apartment, the developer has installed a built-in kitchen with a dishwasher, a dishwasher, microwave and a cooking surface. The headsets are designed by P-shaped, where one part is the peninsula with a washing and bar counter. Also was also provided in the bathroom.

All other furniture is a case and not only - designers were chosen and designed. Separate positions bought ready: bar chairs, sofa, tables. Cabinet furniture and bed made to order. Also added open shelves and an indoor wardrobe in the bathroom over the installation of the toilet bowl.

Designers thought out filled

The designers thought out the filling of cabinets in the dressing room, put the built-in wardrobe in the hallway, the cabinet in the corridor, where the washing machine was hidden and the drying machine (the electrician for this was thought out by the developer).

"We managed to give the character and comfort of a standard typical apartment at the expense of the local use of valuable, atmospheric parts and materials," says Elena Gataullina. "We prefer to work with materials that not only look good, but also very pleasant from a tactile point of view: these are not one season, it becomes almost eternally relevant with them."

The developer made a bathroom with a gaterain for marble, combining two contrasting colors: white and dark. Inre Studio Designers complemented interior storage and decor systems. "Vases were specifically selected, sets of towels of various colors for ease of use," - specify the authors of the project.

In general, in this project we tried to improve the existing design by improving the system of electricians, lighting and, of course, the interior. Even if the layout and some details are already specified, you can create a high-quality space using effective point changes: selection and placement of furniture (especially dominant - such as bed or sofa), accessories, decor, windows design. At the request of the customer, restyling was carried out by minimal means: everything that could be left - it was left.
