Apartments owners - young family with daughter. They love travel, appreciate comfort and comfort in the house. Often collect friends, so they wanted the kitchen and living room to help this. In addition, among the obligatory wishes there was a wine wardrobe and a refrigerator - the family loves to bridge from traveling to different countries of wine bottles. Storage systems, as well as functionality stood at the chapter.
The classics with her pompous did not want, but also to minimalism they didn't. "The house should have a soul and sun," the owners said. To embody these wishes, the family chose designer Evgenia Ivlya.
Redevelopment
The initial area of the apartment is 78 square meters. m. It's a treshka in a new building with isolated rooms, pantry and two bathrooms. Despite the rather large area, the layout did not quite satisfy the requirements of the owners, and the author suggested its re-formation.
So, at the expense of the storage room slightly expanded the bathroom to put a shower corner. On the remaining space of the storage room made a wardrobe with washing and drying machines, which opens into the hallway-corridor.
The children's room next to the bathroom was slightly reduced, expanding the corridor - so the space attached the right form. Reduced and adjacent room - parental bedroom. On the site of the corridor organized a dressing room with a bedroom access. The living room and the kitchen combined, leaving the untouched carriage column between them. The entrance to the living room from the corridor was removed (at this place is now a dressing room). Small bathroom remained unchanged.
Finish
Eco-friendly materials were chosen for finishing: parquet board on the floor, decorative paint for walls in the hallway and lobby. In the living room, bedroom and children's walls are decorated with wallpaper, in children's additional emphasis - fresco on the wall next to the bed. As for the storage systems, they are thought out in each room and in common areas.
In the hallway - the wardrobe for the outerwear and shoes. In addition to it, they set up a chest of drawers and folding modules - convenient for storing shoes. In the same place behind the archipers - pantry with washing and drying machines. In addition, the owners store the vacuum cleaner, mops and seasonal things, for example, New Year tree. "The doors are made specifically blind, so that the natural ventilation of the pantry occurred," the author of the project clarifies.
The bathroom has storage space for sink and hinged shelves.
The children's wardrobe was designed along the entire length of the wall - it is divided into several parts for storing different things: clothes, books, toys. In the bedroom from the cabinets and dressers refused, they were compensated for a spacious dressing room, divided into two parts: for a spouse and spouse.
The kitchen headset is made with two rows of cabinets: upper and lower. All cabinets are closed, and the top is made under the ceiling height to maximize storage capabilities. The living room was designed a high open wardrobe for wine and several bedside tables compiled into a single composition.
Lighting
The light in the interior is represented by several scenarios and divided into zone. In the hallway and corridor - built-in profiles and spotlight. In the bathroom, built-in profiles are mounted on the wall and ceiling, they are adjusted by the dimming switch. Additional lighting done behind the mirror.
In children's lighting, a central chandelier is solved, which simultaneously performs a decorative function, as well as hidden illumination by the bed and a cabinet.
In the parent bedroom, the main lighting scenario is also a ceiling chandelier, additional scenarios: bedside pendant lamps on both sides of the bed. In the dressing room provided a hidden backlight of the shelves, which works with a motion sensor.
The kitchen also built a profile on the ceiling, additionally made backlight under the upper cabinets and hung the chandelier over the table.
In the living room there are a lot of light scenarios: it is both the central chandelier, and the scaven over the perimeter of the television zone, and the hidden wall light from the sofa, and the flooring, and the light of the desktop.
Decor
Textile design and part of the decor in the interior - handmade. So, in the bedroom over the bed, a picture was located, which was written by the author of the project, Evgenia Ivlya. In the hallway - a picture of the authorship of Evgenia Ivlya and Yana Krylova. In the living room wall above the sofa is decorated with handmade dishes Tatiana Pyatnitskaya, and the floor in a small bathroom is decorated with a carpet woven by manually Maria Ost. Some decorative pillows are also the individual work of local textile masters.
Small bathroom. Here, besides the cabinet under the small shell, a cabinet is made to install the toilet bowl. It simultaneously hides communications and serves as a storage system.

Soleray style, first of all, collects a sunny and natural color gamut in itself. Initially, customers wanted a warm and neutral base of beige shades. I took it as a basis, beat close to nose shades with various textures. Thus, a pink tone appeared in the bedroom, in the bathroom - shades from the milk to a saturated golden, and in the living room - sand tones with the addition of warm stone. Dark wood and black graphics created a composition in this neutral gamma. After I suggested adding two more shades, which made the interior so fresh and ethnic. In the kitchen, turquoise and green tones, resembling the sea and juicy southern greens, appeared in the kitchen, in the children's hallway and the bathroom. And as an accent took the color of red clay (terracotta).
