Planning
The total area of the apartment is only 25 squares, with a small bathroom and hallway. There is no balcony. Since the apartment is not intended for permanent residence and reception, the choice was made in favor of the bedroom, and not a living room with a folding sofa. Equipped kitchen is also important for travelers who stop in apartments for rent. Thus, the main square occupied the kitchen-bedroom. The bed is separated from the input zone with a glass partition.
"In the kitchen and bedroom zone, we used a contrasting color scheme, but smoky white protrudes as the primary color," the authors of the project say.
In the bathroom with an area of less than 4 squares it was necessary to place a washing machine and a boiler. In order to save space, the shower instead of the bath was designed. The washing machine is planned to be mounted under the tabletop with the sink, and for the boiler, a wardrobe is thought out over the installation of the toilet.
Finish
The owners of the apartment bought the studio in the pre-trial decoration, so draft works are not planned. And for finishing, practical materials have already been picked up: washing paint for the kitchen, floor laminate, decorative plaster with the effect of aged walls for the hallway and tile for wet zones. The focus in the bedroom will be the wall in the headboard - it is planned to place wallpaper with a photo printing.
The ceiling is painted, leaving the pipe. By the way, they were the starting point in choosing the interior style.
"On the entire perimeter of the studio, pipes of the splinker system of fire extinguishing. It was impossible to sew them, since in this case the ceiling level would be below window openings. Therefore, the ceiling decided to paint into one color with the pipes and make a "light" loft, diluting it with a modern style, "the authors of the project comment.
Furniture and storage systems
Since the budget is limited (about 750,000 rubles), the authors of the project plan to use the furniture of Russian manufacturers. Kitchen set and wardrobe in the hallway - to order in the joinery workshop.
By the way, about the closer is the only storage system in the apartment, except for lockers in the bathroom. Designers thought out a spacious cabinet with a door-compartment, where it would be possible to fold not only things, but also household accessories. The facades of the cabinet will partially be mirrored for visual increase in space. Other doors will be discussed in the same colors as the fresco in the headboard so that they visually flow into each other.
The only interroom door plan to do with a hidden box. From the side of the hallway, the canvas will apply decorative plaster, as on the walls, and from the side of the bathroom painted.
Lighting
Track lamps on the ceiling are thought out as the main light. Additional lighting - the backlight of the working area in the kitchen, dining table and the suspension over the bed with a soft scattered light for reading.

For walls in the bathroom, the tile of the Russian manufacturer was chosen. This will help not only fit into the budget, but also to comply with the period, since it will not be necessary to wait for the position to order. "We divided the bathroom visually to two large color blocks and strengthened this effect by the fact that the color flows from the walls to the floor. This game with color with the chosen neutral monochrome gamma helped make the room more expressive, "the designers say.
