This project architects Olga Chernobrovka and Nucchio Emmanuello were not fully issued, but only common areas: the kitchen, living room and the lounge zone on the first floor, the library on the second and the workshop - on the third. In the interior there are traditional style features: a lot of bricks, soft sofas and armchairs in leather and textile upholstery, wooden furniture, as well as individual details. For example, the lamp above the table in the workshop is included with the valve from the pipes. High ceilings and large windows add an appropriate atmosphere. According to the author of the project Olga Chernobovnaya, this interior was created as a studio of the artist: numerous souvenirs and memorable things brought by the hosts from travel are kept here. In this house there are three floors, but at the same time a small area is 120 square meters. And the distribution of zones is not quite standard. So, at the first level there are a garage and storage room, on the second floor - sleeping rooms, and on the third, in the attic - a common area that includes a living room, a dining room and a kitchen.
Elements of industrial stylistics here are intertwined with ethnic motifs and antique objects.
