Basic colors, minimum decor, simple finishing materials and maximum functionality - despite the fact that understandable solutions are used in this apartment, I want to consider it in detail.
Customer and tasks
The owner of the apartment is a young man who leads an active lifestyle. He is interested in trips on quad bikes, playing guitar. Plans to create a family, so the interior was supposed to meet not only his needs, but also plans for the future. Among the tasks was to preserve the feeling of free space, while the design of as many storage systems as possible - the customer was necessary to fit the overall objects, including sports equipment and tools.
"The interior style dictated the urban environment and the lifestyle of the customer. The interior was supposed to be easy to care, relaxing (including psychologically), calm, but not too soft. Soft minimalism came to solve these tasks as it is impossible, "the author of the project specifies, Designer Tatyana Mantesevich.
Planning
Despite the fact that the flat planning apartment, many options for the location of the zones in it was not envisaged. Wet zones were originally outlined, as well as bearing columns in the center of the room.
"There was an idea to make a stepped partition between the hallway and the bedroom, and so to guess the place for the console at the entrance, while hiding the end of the cabinet in the bedroom. We also extended several walls to enter the kitchen, wardrobes and rack in space. A separate wish of the customer was divided by a bathroom and a bathroom. One of the rooms we immediately took to the future children's ", - comments on the designer.
Finish
Since the customer is passionate about the game on the guitar, the soundproofing of the apartment was delivered separate attention to anything to prevent anything to the music.
The choice of finishing materials is dictated by the interior style. In the common area - the kitchen and the living room - used paint and plaster for the walls, and on the floor - parquet and porcelain stoneware.
In the bedroom, the owner of the apartment wanted to create a cozy atmosphere, so the walls were issued with wallpaper, and the carpet coating was put on the floor.
It is worth saying about the doors. For example, the door to the bedroom, which goes into the living room, is made hidden and decorated with the same plaster as the walls. This solution makes the space even more air and limitless.
"In the bedroom, we made an" inversion "of colors used in the living room: on the walls wallpaper of a deep chocolate shade, and on the floor - a soft carpet of light wool," says the designer.
Storage systems
Functional storage systems paid special attention. Big and roomy, but not a noticeable cabinet is located along the whole wall from the entrance to the kitchen area. Its depth allows to accommodate overall things and sports equipment. The living room provides a rack with asymmetric shelves - for storing books and decor. In the bedroom - another roomy cabinet that hides in a niche, slightly speaking out of it.
Lighting
In the project, the light is paid enough attention, since it is he who can ask a mood in space, where a little decorative details. So, in the living room, the overall light is resolved by the built-in lamp.
The backlight in the ceiling is located along the walls with a TV and around the columns - the light is designed to beautifully emphasize the embossed texture of the decorative plaster on these architectural elements.
The bedroom contains central chandelier and bedside scab.
"The atmosphere in the bathroom reminds the spa and has to relax: spacious space with soft backlight, natural stone texture on the walls, a large bath. At the same time, the room is very functional! Under the tabletop, we placed the washing and drying machine and the place of storage of household chemicals. And in the mirror cabinet at hand, all cosmetics, "the author of the project shares.
Minimalism usually does not provide for the placement of the decor in the interior, except in very small quantities. So, in this apartment, wooden and ceramic accessories became decorations, as well as paintings written by Anastasia Timchenko. "We picked up references, a color gamut, the artist made a series of sketches, and already wrote pictures from the selected already," the designer clarifies.

The overall style rather refers to soft minimalism. This is a modern urban apartment, I wanted to enter an interior in the context of the urban environment. In the furniture used veneer, metal - simple and "natural" materials. The linen texture of the courtyard of the sofa and the curtains also support it. Almost all furniture was made to order.
