In this apartment, Evgenia Ivlya designer managed to place all the important zones and fulfill the wishes of the owners about the sunny interior, in which the kitchen is the heart of the house.
Customers and tasks
Apartment owners - married couple. They love to cook, travel, grow flowers and make something with their own hands. The main wish was the creation of a warm interior with natural motifs, in which the kitchen will become the center of the house.
The atmosphere should be cozy, space - ergonomic, comfortable and thoughtful. And the main thing, on a small area it was necessary to allocate important zones, but at the same time not to overload the apartment.
Planning
In accordance with the wishes of the customer, the planning is also thought out. The initial free space of an apartment without partitions is divided into zones: living room, kitchen, mini-bedroom, separated from two sides with glass partitions.
One of the partitions is half the light, therefore natural light penetrates into the sleep zone. The second partition is sliding. It is folded by the harmonica, which makes it possible to carry out the wardrobe.
By the way, about the dressing room - it is highlighted in the bedroom and hidden behind the sliding door.
The living area is located closer to the window and combined with the kitchen. The loggia was not joined, it was equipped with a small winter garden.
Finish
In the decoration made a bet on natural materials and textures for creating a warm atmosphere that would have personified the sun, the sea, sand. So, in residential rooms and the kitchen on the floor laid a parquet board - the oak of a dark shade.
In the bathroom - floor tiles under the tree, and on the walls there are two types of tiles with a stone texture.
Walls painted with decorative paint with light texture of sand. In the bedroom the wall behind the bed was allocated 3D panels. This technique allowed to create an air effect and visually increased the small space.
The bottom of the headboard is the same parquet board. Thus, the effect of visual increase in the room is also created.
The partition between the bedroom and the living room is made with a swinging flap for venting. Also for the supply of oxygen corresponds to the system of supply ventilation and air conditioning.
The ceiling in all rooms is painted paint dairy. According to the designer, such a solution allows you to transform cold light from the window - the ceiling reflects it and makes warm.
Furniture and storage systems
All storage systems in the apartment are built-in. When entering this cabinet with a mirror, with a bedroom - a dressing room, on the balcony - the storage system for colors and tools. The kitchen headset is designed g-figuratively with a Syde-BY-SIDE refrigerator. The living room has shelves and a desk with a computer, a small sofa.
All furniture, including robust and glass partitions, is designed to order by designer sketches. Exception is a dining group in the kitchen and a coffee table in the living room.
Black profiles of partitions and dark techniques in the kitchen are chosen to harmoniously beat in the interior of black window frames.
Lighting
"The light should be uniform and zoned - this is the main rule in the design," commented by the author of the interior, designer Evgenia Ivlya. In accordance with this rule, light scenarios were designed. The main light is the point. In the living room under the ceiling, a minimalist chandelier is mounted, and decorative chandeliers are chosen for the dining area and bedrooms, which support the sun and "maritime" mood in the interior. As an additional scenario in the bedroom - suspended lamps.
The bathroom has created the "Effect of the sky", as this reception called the author of the project - a uniform reflected light behind the rush ceiling. Such a solution allows you to avoid a well-sensitive well in a small and narrow space.
In the dressing room planned the built-in headlight of the shelves, which triggers the installed motion sensor. "We do that in all our projects - it is convenient and functional," the designer clarifies.
The input zone in the hallway is highlighted by tiles - this is done for practical purposes, but also adds aesthetics. According to the author, this tile looks more like a rug at the entrance.

Customers often come to me, who are oriented either on a modern style or classic. But I have long ceased to work only with one style in the project and always mix. Over the years, your author's style has been developed, which I called Soleray (translated - individual, sunny). It combines three main directions: Modern (modern) in the form of minimalism, loft and / or scandinan style, Natural - in the form of a Mediterranean or Provence style, as well as philosophy of eco-and-income. And the decor is always in LUX style (crystal chandeliers, gold, stucco, paintings and luxury objects).
In this project, Soleray style manifested itself in the form of a mix of minimalism, Scandinavian and ecosil.
