1 Landlord refuses to conclude or extend the contract
The lack of a lease agreement can be a reason for the owner to raise the fee, demand to free the apartment immediately, and the tenant will not even be able to do anything - nothing will rely on in the case of official clarification of relations. Therefore, if at the entrance to the apartment, the owner calls an agreement with an unnecessary document, and after the lease term expires, it is not important to extend it - think about it is possible for you to find another housing.
2 The problems have revealed problems that the owner does not want to correct
Say, dried faucet is not a global problem. The tenant can fix it himself or pay the master from his pocket. 4 Apartment is amazed by insects and parasites

You can first try to bring them out, but, as a rule, collective efforts are needed, and neighbors, including, especially if the house is old.
