Customers and tasks
This apartment was designed for rent. It is planned that one or two people working and energetic will live in it. Therefore, customers wanted to make the appropriate interior: light, light, which will be pleasant and relevant for different people. In the finish, it was necessary to use anti-vandal coatings that would serve as long as possible.
Redevelopment
Initially, the apartment was a square without inner partitions, the wall was separated only the bathroom.
About the windows on both sides made mirrors, thus creating an imbalable effect of continuing space. The center was issued a niche that the decorative figure of fish took it in the end.
In the process of redevelopment, partitions were erected by highlighting a storage space in the hallway, the kitchen-living room and an isolated bedroom were designed. Also from the combined bathroom made separate - according to designers, for the apartment for rent this is the best option. The wall, separating the living room and the bedroom, was built out of the brick, to improve the sound insulation of these two rooms.
The apartment is located in the house near the embankment, so designers decided to "settle" in the interior of decorative fish. Fish were not against and perfectly fit into the situation.
Repair and finishing
The walls were painted - such a coating is easier to update during damage. In relatively non-pass zones, a more decorative finish was used - veneered wall panels.
The door between the bedroom and the living room is to the ceiling, in the open form it is like no and the space becomes more voluminous. The high canvas serves as an additional decorative element, in addition, the vertical doors complement the drawing of the veneered panels on the wall, pulling the space in height.
On the floor in the living room and the bedroom, the engineering board covered with varnish is laid - to improve wear resistance. The engineering board has a rather thick top layer, it is possible to cycle, if necessary, 1-2 times. Customers have made such a choice to ensure pleasant tactile sensations when walking for future tenants.
The kitchen tried to dissolve in space, as it is combined with a seating area. To this end, the olive facades made glossy - they, besides, add a gloss interior. Multicolored lampshades enliven the room, combining all shades in themselves.
In the bathrooms used porcelain stoneware - this is the most practical solution for wet zones, especially in apartments for rent. In the kitchen and the hallway on the floor also stagnate.
The wall to the right of the kitchen is painted in the color of the facades. Top cabinets. Thus, the volume of the wall is combined with the kitchen. Light facades headset - laminated and very wear-resistant.
Color palette
The interior prevails white and wood characteristic of the Scandinavian style, but the designers complemented the situation with bright shades. So, the living room appears olive color, and in the bedroom - lavender.
The wall in the headboard is finished with decorative plaster with silver splashes.
Lavender color soothes and relaxes, so it is very relevant in the sleeping room. Olive is very well combined with the tree of all shades.
Furniture
The furniture was chosen on the basis of reasons of necessity: what is useful to a person who will rent an apartment. In the bedroom, the minimum set of items: bed, two stands and chair. The living room has storage racks, a sofa, there is a folding pouf, which is useful if guests come to the tenant and want to stay overnight. In the kitchen, a table with four chairs. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Soft lavender shades curtains with lining blackwood will provide calm and high-quality sleep. Told shades soften the cold lavender, the combination is very harmonious.
Storage systems
Between the kitchen and the hallway, they made a bizarre form partition, which made it possible from the part of the hallway to embed a wardrobe, and from the side of the kitchen - the refrigerator. Top kitchen cabinets are extended to the ceiling to increase storage. At the same time, the headset looks quite compact. Also over the refrigerator, a spacious locker was constructed, almost imperceptible due to the fact that its facade is painted in the color of the wall.
The bedroom is a separate dressing room with a spacious storage system.
The bathroom has a built-in closet for storing household chemicals and other trifles.
Lighting
In the living room made relatively scattered lighting using a bus system with eight lamps that can be shifted in any place and direct in the desired side. They can reflect light from the walls, creating a soft atmosphere, or enjoy the niches with the decor.
In the kitchen above the dining room, suspended lamps are installed to create a cozy atmosphere at the table. The bedroom uses a hidden backlight in the ceiling, and the sides of the bed are mounted suspensions with a non-road evening light.
In the bathrooms, as in the entire apartment, used the combination of white and wooden. The polygonal tile on the wall smoothes the rounded shape of the mirror. Instead of a bath, a spacious shower is equipped.
Textile
The curtains in the living room are selected for the color of the walls so that they create an emphasis only with textile folds and have not distinguished from the overall gamma. In the bedroom, the focus was made on the velor fabric - soft on the sight and pleasant way, it is also chosen in the color of the walls - this technique creates an enveloping atmosphere that promotes rest. For the same principle, it was chosen covered - also in the overall range of the room, but with a small texture.
Pillows in the bedroom and living room are served for beauty, amenities and comfort.
In the hallway equipped with a convenient built-in wardrobe for outerwear and not only. It also contains multimedia block and electric shield. In addition, there is a comfortable shelf on which you can put a bag or keys at the entrance to the apartment.

The initial wish of customers was to create something in the Scandinavian style. Scandinavian style is nature, convenience, functionality in forms and decoration, abundance of wood and white. As a result, we have some features of this style - a lot of wood, white color, functional furniture without frills. The colors perhaps a little went beyond the style, but it was very positive to this.
