1 make a bedroom at the kitchen
In this project, Yulia Vishnyakova's designers and Yana Föklina An additional nursery was organized on the scene of the kitchen.
In the initial layout of the three-room apartment, there was only a place for two bedrooms - for parents and a child, but the family planned to replenish and wanted to initially envisage isolated children's family member. The space of the kitchen was taken under it, and the wet zone was transferred to the living room, integrating it into the overall space. Also used part of the corridor to design the second bathroom. All changes were agreed with the developer (the house is located in Samara and there it is still possible, unlike the capital).
2 Use planning and transformers
The owner of this apartment in the Stalin's House Dmitry Ievlev took up its transformation himself. Part of the room was located above the arch and although it is on the third floor, the planning provided a spacious underground. It was used to implement a non-standard solution. The underground disassembled and at the lower level organized the living room. And in a free niche in space under the bathroom, a bed of 160 cm wide was mounted. The retractable design is installed on the wheels, which are leaving on the guides. Bocames managed to make storage systems for bed linen.
3 Enable Additional Premises - Winter Garden
This three-bedroom apartment had both the pros and cons with whom the designer Elvira Stankevich had to work. The apartment is located in the panel house, which means that there are no wide opportunities for redevelopment, since almost all the walls carrying. But it was originally spacious auxiliary premises here. For example, a winter garden with an area of nearly 15 squares, where they have equipped the bedroom for the daughter of the owners. For this, isolated the loggia and the living room related to her, issuing a small corridor. Interior opening in the capital wall did not have to touch. Cold glazing was replaced by warm, the floor, walls and ceiling were insulated, and also provided heaters on the outer wall under the porcelain tape. Thus, it was not possible to deprive the family of a common living room, but it was possible to allocate an isolated space for an adult girl.
4 separate space with transparent partitions
This apartment-studio area of 42 squares was supposed to be leased, so it was impossible to refuse without a sleeping place, but it is impossible to refuse from the overall zone of the living room and the kitchen. In order not to share a small area with deaf walls, Designer Natalia Laifera decided to organize a sleeping place behind the sliding glass partition.
5 Build podiums and niches
The bedroom in Niche is a rather controversial solution associated with the possible inconvenience of the use of the bed. But in odnushki often have to make a choice - or a full place for sleep, or more free space. And, of course, many choose the first option, as without a comfortable bed, it is difficult to present a comfortable life.
For example, in this one-hander for the design of the designer Alla Kushchev attached a wardrobe space in the hallway to the room to find a place for the living room area, and for the bedroom. The latter was organized in a niche on the podium behind the sliding doors.
6 We use high ceilings
The area of these apartments actually increased by almost 10 squares due to the fact that the Antezzarous Floor was built in them. Architect Designer Daria Snezhko decided to use high ceilings (4.15 meters) to equip a private zone there - a bedroom with a work desk. In the first level organized the kitchen-living room.
