A cheerful young man asked designer Ekaterina Malamgin on help in arranging a one-room apartment located in one of the high-rise buildings of the LCD "Zhellyabovo" (Samara). The customer is still looking for himself and his professional vocation, loves to ride a snowboard, play computer games and meet friends.Tasks
On a small source area - less than 40 m2 - it was necessary to place a sleeping place, a working area, a kitchen, storage space, a big shower, and also leave space for parties. The preferred design style is loft. The term of implementation is 6 months. The budget is about 800 thousand rubles.
Redevelopment
Changes in the volume and spatial solution were minimal, because the carrier wall is located right in the center of the apartment. The living room is at once a few functional zones - a bedroom, an office and a place for meetings with friends. For this reason, from the bed, they refused to favor a folding sofa with an orthopedic mattress, and as a workplace used a long countertop, on which (if necessary), you can place snacks for friends.
Storage systems
The principle of the customer is not to store, but to wear, and his wardrobe is not too extensive. That is why there was no particular place of storage. In the living room under the table top there were two chests and an open hanger, in the hallway on the project there should be a built-in wardrobe, but during the implementation of it refused to favor a "medical" chest. In the kitchen, a rack is located under the window, in the bathroom under the tabletop - the retractable table. There, but already above the washing machine, a niche for towels is provided.
Lighting scenarios
Almost all wiring is performed in an open way, while the wires are laid in metal tubes. The outlets and switches were selected from the range of industrial goods. In the living room above the workplace placed turning spotlights, above the sofa - Edison light bulbs. Gypsum luminaires are installed in the hallway, three LED models are built into the ceiling in the ceiling, two lamps are suspended above the sofa. In addition, the line of rotary spotlights pass along the working area.
Color palette
The premises of the greatest attendance are made calm, balanced by color. Buffer zones (entrance hall, bathroom), on the contrary, are saturated with color. The entrance group was painted into the lemon-yellow shade - it from the very threshold sets a slight, relaxed atmosphere.
The bathroom is filled with a azure, which is the company and other bright colors.

Since the customer requested not to clutter the space of objects, furniture in the apartment is a little - only the one is really necessary. Almost all items acquired in the finished form - found in the assortment of the advantage of Russian manufacturers. Minimum - tabletop in the living room, headset and rack in the kitchen - made to order, according to the author's drawings.
