Family couple with a teenage daughter invited UL'Janochkin Design Studio studio specialists to improve the volume and spatial solution in a new monolithic house.Tasks
The main goal of the customers is to ensure the privacy of personal rooms. In other words, spread the bedroom of parents and the youth to the highest possible distance. Also, I would also like to use the corridor cut from the doors with a greater use and well think storage system. The term of implementation is 6-8 months.
Redevelopment
A simple spatial solution with a narrow corridor, from where there are passages to all the remaining premises, will change almost to unrecognizableness, while all transformations can be coordinated. The most important step is to include in the functional space, in fact, a useless corridor. There are no particularly difficult construction manipulations in the upcoming alteration of an apartment - the non-capital walls designated on the plan are scheduled to trace, which is easy to dismantle.
Most of the corridor will be attached to the central premises (according to the original plan, it is a combined kitchen-living room). The cooking zone will be located on the site of the former auxiliary volume, from the living room, which will be sent closer to the window, it separates the dining room.
A new passage to the next living room is a bedroom of parents will appear between the kitchen-dining room and the living room. Due to the hidden box and finishes under the adjacent wall, the door will be inconspicuous, which also contributes to the delimitation of different areas of the premises.
From the bedroom of parents it will be possible to get straight into one of the bathrooms (the initial presence in the apartment of two wet premises allows such liberty). The entrance is also riveted - the door will be hidden in the center of the wardrobe height from the floor to the ceiling and the width of the wall to the wall. According to the plan, the bedroom of the parents mates with the loggia. It will be insulated, but they will not attach to the room not to complicate the coordination process.
The daughter's room is the youth - will be organized on the other side of the living room. Taking into account the age of the girl (she is already 12 years old) the premises will be equipped like maiden - everything is calculated on the cultivation of the child.
Parental bathroom will make a large area than the second designed for his daughter.
A shower niche will be equipped in the bathroom with a construction method, mounted toilet, washbasin and washing machine.
The main storage system is definitely a wardrobe room, designed between a smaller bathroom and youth.
In addition to her diverse storage sites (cabinets, walls) will appear in the hallway, bedrooms, living room. Their advantage is in the invisibility, that, you see, it is not always possible, given the dimensions of such objects of furniture.
The authors of the project level the dimensions, entering bulky objects in specially equipped niches and hiding for the finish.
