The hostess requested invited specialists about the arrangement in their small studio of a full-fledged kitchen-living room, the maximum possible extraction of the sleeping zone and the organization of storage space. The aesthetic preferences of the customer are a modern interior with bright details. The term of implementation is 6-8 months.
Redevelopment
The initial volume decision is supposed to make noticeable adjustments, but the most significant is the attachment of the loggia with panoramic glazing. This manipulation with space will increase the cumulative metro station to almost 25 m2, and in addition, to significantly increase its insolation. Additional square meters are used for the organization of the dining room.
The living amount for the most part will go to the arrangement of the kitchen-living room, while the cooking zone will take place from the right place to do it, which will continue to some extent simplify the coordination of the design project.
The living room zone will appear "on the aisle" from the kitchen to the dining room. It is curious that this volume is essentially will not be involved as it is accepted today and serve to watch TV. A soft group, devoid of the usual addition, is intended to use for a measured rest, reading, conversations with friends and the like streak.
A private zone is a mini-bedroom - will be isolated minimally, by means of a newly erected partition, partially separating the volume from the kitchen-living room.
