The author of the project skillfully emphasized all the advantages of apartments: a successful layout, panoramic glazing and a picturesque view from the windows - and also created a comfortable and functional space.
Customer
A man, a businessman appealed to designer Kirill Ponomarenko for professional help in redevelopment and arrangement of apartments. According to the standards of ordinary apartments, this housing can be classified as Evrodvushka. That is, the original volume-spatial solution of the apartment involves the presence of an entrance hall, a kitchen-living room - a representative space that unites common areas (kitchen, dining room and living room), private volume (bedrooms) and plumbing room.
Tasks
The default source layout implied the explicit separation of the functional zones, according to the designer, he did not have to raise the contour of the walls. However, it was necessary to reflect on the placement of storage systems - the Customer asked to proceed as those in the hallway and the bedroom. As for the aesthetic preferences, the client spoke of minimalism. The term of implementation is 6 months.
Redevelopment
In fact, there was no significant change in the original volume-spatial decision. As add-ons to the original layout, four new strokes of simpleness were proposed (in the hallway, in the kitchen area, on the bedroom and in the most private room), which continued to organize the storage system desired by the customer. The niche formed by the ventilation box and the external wall of the apartments, separated by two swollen doors. The resulting volume was used for a shopping room.
Finishing materials
In the kitchen-living room and bedroom to the floor, it is assumed to put a parquet board, the walls most advantage of painting, in the bedroom also use a wallpaper with a geometric pattern.
Some walls will be accented with wooden panels, as well as composite art panels. The hallways will be issued using porcelain stoneware. The same material is used to finish the bathroom. It will be the optimal background for furniture, mixers and plumbing.
Lighting scenarios
Lighting is one of the conceptual foundations of this project. Embedded profiles with different modules luminaires will not only allow to play various lighting scenarios (muffled, scattered, directional light) and highlight the desired zones, but also become one of the tools in the zoning of space.
Storage systems
The bedroom will appear a built-in wardrobe with translucent tinted stools. They will be harmonized with a glass septum bathroom, besides, it is visually not climbing not too wide into the private room.
Two large built-in cabinets will appear in the hallway; In the same place in the niche, the work room will be provided behind the hung doors.
Color palette
Its base is expressive due to contrast in relation to each other achromatic and natural tones: white, black, beige, brown.
Accents, which, according to the designer's plan, will appear in the interior due to a number of finishing materials, textiles and a few accessories, will have a color of gold and brass.
Strong and weaknesses of the project
