The interior combines Fleur free artistic improvisation, classic details of the finish and the spirit of ampira.
A three-bedroom apartment in "Stalinky" with beautiful views from the windows of a married couple with a daughter acquired for periodic arrings to the capital. The former structure as a whole satisfied the owners, only the bathroom wanted to combine, replacing the bath on the shower compartment. Following conservative guidelines, the owners wanted to see in the interior predominantly strict and classical solutions, which during the work on the project managed to diversify the neat intersions of modern accents to create a relaxed and picturesque atmosphere.
Redevelopment
The outlines of the apartment are approaching a strict rectangle, all four windows are located on one of the long sides. The kitchen and the living room (in the latter there is an output to a small open balcony) made adjacent rooms, arranged between them, which made it possible to subjected to substantial redevelopment zone of the bathroom. Before he was separate, the entrance to each was located in a narrow corridor, there was a door to the kitchen next to the toilet.
In the main palette of the apartment where white and shades of red and blue are dominated, brown is spectacular. Thanks to this color, wooden windows of windows look especially expressive and naturally.
Now the former corridor has become part of a spacious bathroom, where instead of the fastener equipped a large shower compartment. Two bedrooms (more organized children with a dressing room) were not subject to change. Little expanded the doorways between the hallway and the living room, as well as between the children's and dressing room to install double swing doors.
The working area of the kitchen is highlighted with a dark brown natural stone, curly side walls provide cleanliness and safety.
Repairs
The apartment demanded a cardinal renewal, so the former non-vacant partitions were dismantled and replaced, the screed with the volume of the surplus was removed, winning almost 20 cm of height (however, due to the entrance, the step turned out). New partitions erected from bricks and foam blocks. The windows and radiators were replaced, the windowsill were made of marble.
The balcony has updated the flooring. The ceilings were partially lowered by plasterboard structures to hide the channel air conditioning system; The external unit was installed on the balcony, internal - in the dressing rooms (for children and in the lobby). The walls were painted, the floors were tested by parquet of oak, laid out the Christmas tree, and a tiled from a natural marble (bathroom, an entrance hall, a kitchen).
Modern paintings with a bright palette decorated the living room zone, and in the kitchen, the canvas were placed in a common.
The framing attacked the unity of the ensemble is a double row of moldings.
Design
The mood of this apartment is raised and artistic. The "wide step" of space is supported by three pairs of double swing doors, convenient trajectories of movement. Numerous works of active modern painting with red dominant, without frames determine the emotional system and, it seems, become part of the housing structure. Flashes of colors, such as stained color reflexes, moved to the carpet pattern, separate accessories. Classically strict proportions of rooms with high ceilings and extended windows, symmetrical parts of the composition, thin patterns of stucco moldings and sockets imposed on the smooth surfaces of the walls and ceilings, create an elegant structural framework. He leaves the scope for improvisations with works of art, accessories, allowing color spots to be located in the apparent free order. In relatively small areas of the room, the design is built on large picturesque stains imposed on achromatic, with a fine graphic study of parts background.
In the daughter's room, the basis of the design is the same techniques as in the kitchen-living room, and the bedroom of parents, but the game elements are diverse elements - a funny lamp on the bedside table, a huge picturesque panel with the effect of graffiti is brought by a yumor tool, but correspond to the color range of apartments. Many storage space will make it easy to maintain order.
Author details
All details of furniture and stucco decoration were drawn by the author of the project. Thin layouts of moldings on top of white walls in the spirit of the boamer, a socket over the headboard, framing the built-in cabinets in the kitchen, even lattices of channel air conditioning have found an individual figure marked with elegant and strict lines. It is noteworthy that the kitchen decorated a large picturesque web, which seems to be a rather bold solution, and for the stylistic unity of the frame replaced with moldings, their drawing resembles the decoration of cabinets. Operation Design gives uniformity accessories from brass, the same shade and frame chandeliers in the living room and bathroom.
In the bedroom of parents "Stage" on the ceiling for conducting channel air conditioning looks like a part of an elepanite portal decorated with plaster stucco.
"Bearing" elements of the portal - cabinets with mirror fillets - flank the headboard, giving a sleep zone for a chamber mood.
Customized solutions
In each room, the choice of design was determined primarily with the requirements of comfort, both domestic and ergonomic and psychological. For example, in the kitchen, where the size of the working area fully complies with the needs of the hostess, the semicircular decorative console on the elegant leg was made under the window. There are game elements in the children's elements - a solemn portal, framing the entrance to the dressing room, lolan shutters on the window, a high curly backrest, - they allow the girl to feel like a princess.

I am not a supporter of the canons, I'm more interesting to free interpretations that are not only in the decor, but also in architectural and planning solutions. In this case, the cardinal redevelopment would be difficult: the height of the riggers on the ceilings corresponding to the longitudinal walls of the rooms is more than 30 cm, and it is harmoniously beat these elements - a sufficiently troublesome task. The main role is given to the design, paintings, such details, as the graph found on the flea market, deciding the wall of the living room (a pair of Japanese engravings of the XIX century, I acquired them on the flea market of Lille in France). Most of the furniture is made to order in accordance with the proportions of the interior. Considered and wishes about convenience. So, the girl needs to do a lot, and a written table was designed for it in the entire width of the room.
