The joint project of the architect Marina Macel and the company Flybird question the concept of the house as a static object, because the mobile design resembles a trailer that can be moved to another place if necessary.
Staying in the microd during one of the passage travel, the authors of the project decided to adapt the concept of the concept in their homeland. At that time, only a few such ideas were implemented in Belarus, and our heroes had to develop an innovative version of modern mobile architecture, having studied the advantages and disadvantages identified during the operation of the predecessors.

Features
It turned out a residential module that resembles a container for maritime transport, or a wagon without wheels, which is easily installed on the site, and if necessary, can move along with the owners to a new place. The versatility and flexibility of the solution are addressed to a wide range of potential customers - for example, Microd will suit for young families who decided to acquire a separate real estate, or people who want to have a small guest building. It does not need to be breeding in the multi-month plot, or even a long-term construction. It is enough to decide on the installation site and prepare the foundation (recommended - screw-type).

Constructive characteristics
Let us dwell on the design features of the prefabricated (pre-assembled at the factory) building. To ensure safety when transporting the module, a durable skeleton was needed, which would not be deformed as a result of loading and unloading work, and also ensured the safety of the elements of the interior decoration. Therefore, a combination of materials was used as a frame as a frame: a metal frame from a chaserler height 24 cm and wooden racks. In order to visually not disturb the strict silhouette of the construction, the roof was made double, but under such a minimum angle, so that the slope was minorly with the annealed view of the angle.
Custom storage systems are integrated in such a way that they are practically merged with the walls and thereby visually do not overload the space. At the same time, there is enough space in the house to accommodate seasonal clothes and shoes, bed linen and other important trifles
Facade and insulation
To reduce the heat loss of the dwelling to the level of the "passive" house, the walls were covered with a layer of polyurethane foam thickness of 15 cm, gender - 25 cm, the roof - 30 cm. The fact that the fact that in the process of spraying it turns out a reliable coating without Seams, slots and voids - the main conductors of the cold. One part of the external facades was separated by cement-chip plates according to the scheme of the ventilated facade, the other - wooden slats. The surfaces were painted in black: so they look modern and do not contribute disharmony into the surrounding natural landscape. The inner surfaces were closed with a vaporizolation film and truncated OSB-plates and laminated chipboard. According to the author's project, drains pipes are hidden in the design of the ventilated facade.
The interior is carefully adapted for the needs of the owners, all the details are practical and thought out to the smallest detail. Despite the modest square, the authors managed to plan a full-fledged kitchen with all the necessary built-in home appliances. As an additional bonus to functionality, a beautiful view from the horizontal window, which can be enjoyed in the cooking process
Layout and interior
The internal space area of almost 42 m² is adapted for a comfortable family accommodation from two people. It was functionally divided into four parts: an entrance hall, a bedroom, a kitchen-living room and a bathroom with Hamam, and also planned a small technical room, which placed an electric boiler, a boiler, a steam generator for Hamama and the entire engineering component of the "Smart Home" technology. The heat supply system is a combination of outdoor convectors in residential areas and warm water floors - in wet.
Numerous panoramic windows serve as a kind of transparent walls, through which scenic landscapes open. For the possibility of privacy and rest in the evening in private room there are dense curtains
Another source of heat serves a fireplace with air heating system, in which the heated air enters all rooms along the hidden and additionally insulated channels laid in the ceiling and walls of the house. Metal valves with blinds helps adjust the air flow.
The ventilation system consists of two subsystems. First, it is the local ventilation of the bathroom and hamama, which is the fans built into the air ducts with the timer, which turn on the same key as the light. Secondly, ventilation of residential rooms using a channel fan installed in the Hozblok with forced air and influx through the supply valves. To ensure a comfortable microclimate in the hot season, mobile air conditioning is provided. Thanks to the "Smart Home" system, you can manage the weather in the dwelling both from the control panel on the wall and from the smartphone, maintaining the minimum temperature in the absence of the hosts and heating the room to return them.
A sink cabinet and a mirror cabinet will allow all the necessary bath accessories and do not overload the space of a small-sized bathroom with additional shelves.

Accommodation, as a rule, reflects the nature and lifestyle of its owner. In general, our team is quite conservative in relation to architecture and design. However, over the past year, we were lucky to work with both young architects and young customers. We discovered a somewhat unfamiliar world of people who confess the philosophy of life without all too much. In everyday life, this means the absence of a grandmother's inheritance in the form of carpets, chests and dining rooms. In the lifestyle - concentration at work, on the one hand, and on the knowledge of the world, on the other. Such a vital approach requires the lack of all sorts of anchors in the form of unnecessary square meters and closer clogged. It seems to us that in the course of life most people pass this stage aged 18-30 years and re-in 50-70 years. Probably our house is one of the products for a similar category of people.
