The minimum redevelopment made it possible to preserve the two bedrooms, and the Scandinavian variety of modern European style with the predominance of white color reconciles the tastes of representatives of different generations and visually increases the space.
The redevelopment project of a two-bedroom apartment was created in the calculation of two owners - a young woman and her mother of retirement age. Modern Scandinavian style is ideal for a small apartment. The feeling of lightness and space is achieved due to the use of furniture of simple, laconic forms and very light, almost white background - even the floor covering is made of the elevated parquet board. Bright accents of yellow, green and wine-red colors create a positive attitude. Minimum redevelopment does not require complex construction work.
So, the new "broken" partition between residential premises forms a niche in which the wardrobes are built. At the same time, the entrance to the daughter's room (living room) will shift closer to the kitchen, so the partition between them will have to shorten. The living room will decrease, but the mother's bedroom will become more than 1 m² - the area of the niche in which the cabinet is hidden. Three zones are formed in both rooms: rest, cabinet and bedroom. Wallpaper with floral patterns of the Swedish company Eco Wallpaper create a slightly frivolous mood, the rest of the walls in the rooms are placed with lilac wallpapers with a barely noticeable texture.
Mom's room
The bathrooms are combined, the toilet is transferred closer to the bath and as if deep into the partition. Along the end wall on the left, the tabletop of the washbasin is stretched. Thanks to the permutations, the bathroom becomes more spacious.
The kitchen furniture is located in the letter L, freeing the place for the miniature zone of the dining room with a small dining table.
Room daughter
The workplace is located at the window and flanked with high racks. Closed shelves with matte glass doors are combined with open. The office does not take up much space, but fully copes with its functions. White decoration facilitates construction. Accents of yellow color are designed to create a spring mood.
Kitchen
Over the cabinets the ceiling down, the scissors of the vents from the hood. High (90 cm), almost under the ceiling, hinged cabinets compensate for the lack of places for storage. And the inconvenience of the operation located in the corner of the washing is balanced by the presence of a dishwasher. In the kitchen did not install the sliding table, as there is little space in the room for reception of guests.
Parishion
Furniture from Ikea neatly fit into a small room. A full-fledged wardrobe could not be placed, but everything you need here: hanger, jackbar and a wicker stool, whose literate echoes with the ornament of tiles.
Balcony
In the warm season, the balcony turns into an additional seating area. He did not even begin to warm up, removing the role of the arbor. The "street" character of the room emphasizes the decoration of walls with decorative facing bricks.
Mom's room
The wall behind the headboard is covered with wallpaper with an expressive juicy pattern. Designers decided to decorate the wall with an active contrast pattern, because it is clearly visible from the entrance to the room. The TV was located along the bed axis, including it in a wall-mounted composition from photos within.
Textiles for curtains with an ornament from different shades of a saturated red color gives the dynamism of the bedroom and visually combines the color accents on the wallpaper and furniture.
Bathroom
The zone of the washbasin performs several functions: the shelves for towels and cosmetics are installed above the tabletop with a displaced washing, and the washing machine and household chemicals are hidden behind the door doors.
In the bathroom and the bedroom of the daughter, the ceilings have lowered 8 cm to install lamps with a minimal assembly depth. In the rest of the premises used overhead lamps
