The interior organically combines the industrial stylistics of the loft and vintage furniture. Dark walls contribute to creating comfort and are background for black and white photos and art objects.
The redevelopment project of a two-bedroom apartment was created in the settlement of a married couple of 50-55 years. Children live separately, but often come to visit the grandchildren, without staying at night. The author offers most of the apartment to stay under the living room. For this purpose, the space needs to be released from extra partitions: remove the host in the hallway, combining it wide (2 m) by opening with the hall. This decision will be able to implement thanks to the six-meter part of the carrier columns. Another break will have to do in an undesigatory wall in order to tie a living room with a kitchen. It will be clogged with sliding partitions. The former passage to the kitchen from the corridor will be saved, but the partition configuration between the rooms will change - niche will appear for embedding the refrigerator.
Kitchen
The bathrooms will be united to equip a spacious bathroom. Opposite her in the corridor will build a storage system. In the input zone, it is planned to install open hangers (at the entrance to the apartment), and the wardrobe, built into a niche formed by sophisticated puzzle blocks. This design is designed both to embed a cabinet and for zoning the hallway. It will join it a small tambour in front of the bedroom, which will now open the door to the dressing room provided for by the initial project. The interior is set aside in dark colors - gray-brown (wood, plaster) and terracotta (brick walls).
Living room
Symmetry in furnishings and design gives the room the parade appearance. Dark wall combined with high snow-white cornices associated with old European interiors. Mirrors with the same bindings, as well as in glass partitions, located on both sides of the chest, create the illusion of through open-cutting openings - window or door.
Kitchen
In this room, the eclectic nature of the design was especially clearly clearly shown. Such attributes of the "historical" interior, as the "masonry" of the tiles under the brick and the patterned pattern of the Metlah tiles, are adjacent to the avant-garde table head of the steel grid and plastic chairs, as if having fallen from a street cafe. Thanks to the abundance of light, which is due to the replacement of the balcony door to glally, even a small room managed to solve in dark colors.
Corridor
The narrow input zone is visually expanded - the floor and wall coatings are made from the same material: a parquet board stuck in the Christmas tree. A niche for the built-in cabinet is framed as a protrusion of the wall - with the help of painting and stucco cornice. The optical effect enhance the mirror closets of the wardrobe, performed in the same style as the sliding doors of the kitchen.
For the design of the wall used the simplest materials, but the project author found a non-standard solution - parquet passes from the floor on the wall
Parishion
Almost completely devoid of daylight entrance hall with the same "dark" materials (gray-brown paint on an acrylic basis with a greenish tone, a tile under a brick) that the living room is filled with light. Such a solution allows you to perceive the public space as a whole and visually increases it. And the lack of daylight is leveled by mirrors height to flow and light parquet floor.
Finishing harmoniously combines the premises of the apartment: on the walls - paint and decorative tiles under the Dutch brick; On the floor and walls - laid in the form of a French Christmas tree parquet or porcelain stoneware in "wet" zones
Bedroom
The headboard bed is framed by mirrors visually facilitating a massive composition of dark saint, a high back and a wall fragment, which is lined with a parquet. Mirrors enhance the visual effect, reflecting the light of bedside lamps. Symmetry emphasize tables with narrow countertops stretching along two walls.
The window is a desktop for two combined with a window sill. The windows are closed by wooden shutters-blinds. Design complements sliding wooden panels, followed by a TV.
Bathroom
Tile under brick was added to the brickwork, and on top of the white painting of the walls helps to visually push the boundaries of a small room. The vintage spirit was reflected in the podstol of the washbasin, made of a foot sewing machine with a wooden tabletop and a cast-iron support. The font is embedded in a multi-level wooden "shellage".
The ceilings are aligned at the expense of plaster, thus keeping the initial height of the premises
