Here, on the casing, there is an output fitting, which allows you to connect a vacuum cleaner hose to the device to remove the construction dust.

For one-time operations related to the processing of porous concrete, nothing better than manual tools will not pick up. Especially since such a strokesis is quite inexpensive. The main thing is not to be mistaken with the appointment of the device. As already mentioned, the furrowed model with a curved handle is convenient to work on the floor or on the foundation. And to cut the grooves in the walls, it is better to purchase a model with a straight holder. However, it should be borne in mind that any manipulation with the mechanical device requires a certain physical voltage. If for some reason it is unacceptable for you - buy (or take a rent) an apparatus operating from electricity.
Electric
The simplest household devices (0.9-1.3 kW) are suitable for infrequent and not very long work with porous concrete. If you need to use a tool for a long time, it is better to buy or rent a semi-professional machine with a capacity of 1.8-2 kW. Such an aggregate can be shrinking the walls of brick and solid concrete. Acquire the same professional class tool (2.5-2.6 kW) is advisable only if the repair and construction is your specialty. Therefore, if we are talking about working with the ceiling, then the power of the motor will have to correlate with the weight of the device. In this case, it is advisable to take the apparatus, the average power (1.7 kW) and not very heavy by weight (4-5 kg).

To work with the maximum density materials, you need a tool with a small amount of disc revolutions. For this reason, in the professional class devices, this characteristic varies from 5-7 thousand rpm, and almost everything can be cutting them.
